I love that it still has a regular hand break. Never thought I would be looking in to getting a pickup track, but I'm shopping for a camper trailer, and if you wanna get something decent, it's 3,000lb and up. My sienna tow capacity is 3500 but the real trailer pull not recommended more than 2500. Now my choices are Highlander (5000lb) or Tacoma (6500lb), and it's cheaper to lease Tacoma than Highlander.
Please do TRD Off Road or the TRD Sport! I like those with the new LED Headlights!
He says that you will need a place to,store the headrests, but there's built-in storage. When the rear seat bottom flips forward up against the front seats, it exposes several holes that line up to the headrest posts. You can see them at 6:20 .There's enough for all three headrests to be mounted, allowing them to act as a raised barrier between the front and back . I have this exact truck as a 2918 in blazing blue pearl. I love it.

I love mine! Only complain I have is the hard plastic is super easy to scratch!
My passenger door has a few scratches from my dog when he sticks his head out the window and supports himself inside, and I have one scratch on the bottom inside of my driver door where my work boot accidentally hit while getting in! Beside the cheap plastic in the inside I love the truck! I average 20MPG and it’s such a smooth ride! And I love how the Cement Grey stands out!

Early September, I’m looking for a Tacoma to buy in central indiana. This video was Perfect... for walking through all the features of a SR5. Pretty sure that’s what I want vs a SR. Problem I’m having is finding any on lot inventory. I’ve got huge dealerships in the area. Could be because Tacoma’s are super popular and new model roll out coming. Think popularity driving market.

Any opinion as to whether the SR5 is worth the extra $ as opposed to the base SR trim?
My 2019 has a 400 watt inverter connection in the bed where that compartment is. Plus it has a smaller compartment. The backup camera is actually right inline with the hitch. However I find the screen on the radio for the backup camera is hard to see.

@@krissimon2502 they must have changed it for the 2020. I know the 2018 models SR 4x4 v6 vs TRD sport or offroad 4x4 was around 1.5k difference when same size bed and cab. the off roads are getting more expensive and the premium packages also

With a manual transmission?
The 4 cylinder is overpowered and won’t be reliable in the future because of the turbo. Spend the few extra K and get the v6.

I M D I R T Y D A N It absolutely should. I have a 2018, and want to put the "Toyota" moniker grill from the TRD model, and I know that fits.
There is a place for the head rest. Right on the back of the seat there are holes for the head rest.
For us music people and for depth of detail of your videos can you point out how many speakers the vehicles have and where theyre located? Helps a lot and gives us ideas about the stereo system

All the blank spots where features would otherwise be, is really annoying. For as much as this truck costs, you would think Toyota could put more effort into it. I'm not impressed.
The SR5 is next to the bottom trim, so what do you expect? You need to step up to the Off-Road and above if you want all the extra features. I don't know where you been, but trucks across the board have been overpriced for years.
Look at it this way more crap on a vehicle the more things can go wrong with a vehicle especially when it comes to electronics I would rather have less than more

This truck feels dated compared to the competition. Drum brakes? Cheap plastics on the interior, 6 speed auto, dated infotainment system, etc. this vehicle looks like a rental from 2008
