As promised, here is the video on how to master Changing Lanes and Merging (why hundreds of people fail driving tests) 👉 th-cam.com/video/0VWvYCNEsp8/w-d-xo.html
Hey mate, I just wanted to extend a massive thank you. Your videos have been incredibly educational, covering many important topics that my instructor did not even mention. Without your clear and precise advice, I doubt I would have passed the test today in Mandurah! It's unbelievable. I'm truly grateful for all your help. I've shared your TH-cam link with our learners' group in Australia. You're awesome. Cheers!
@@DrivingSchoolWAI passed with perfect score for left somethjng behind which was the one I was most nervous about I will be recommending your channel to everyone 🙌🙌
@@MsMousyAU Appreciate it :) Just a question, when doing the reverse parking, did you do the 3 line method? Or just the 40 degree method, where you go kinda into the other lane?
I went for my test at mandurah today and failed. They took me a different route, turned left on coolibah at the start of my test and did stopping for shopping at an aldi. Could be because of school holidays. Will be watching a bunch of videos before I go for my next test as I only just found your channel.
Sorry to hear that. Yeah, practice using the info from my channel and don't give up. By the way, they can take you anywhere they want to within approximately 5 kms from the centre. Let me know how you go next time
Good day Sir, a bit of a random question if I may. It's common knowledge to not over take trucks and such when turning. My question is, does this also apply on curved roads where you aren't technically fully turning? Such as when you drive on Kwinana Fwy and turn onto that Row Hwy curved entry, is it okay to pass a truck on the left or should you still give them some space if you are on the right lane, inside lane. Cheers, much appreciate the channel and driving education.
You are most welcome! On freeways and roads where bends are not sharp, no. I have HC licence and I drove trucks for a few years. The best advice when overtaking them at high speeds is, don't be in their blind spots for too long.
Thank you!Comprehensive well designed lessons for learners!!Can I ask.......my partner is UKRAINIAN (English is only soso) She would need Either hand signals and or clear English instructions from the Assessor. She is experienced in her home country and has had lessons here.I`m sure others from foreign countries MAY have the same problem COULD YOU KINDLY ADVISE? MANY THANKS in anticipation
I have my test at mandurah in a couple weeks, this is really helpful! How many different routes can they take you on? I’ve heard there’s 5! Do you know any of the other routes? Thanks for the video :)
You are most welcome! They have a few routes, but they seem to love this route. They hardly ever turn right on Pinjara Rd from the centre. So it's best to explore the are as much as possible. Good luck and let us know how you go
just a question is it normal for every instructor to fail you on a black turn signal at a traffic light as it is not a requirement to drive through cant you just wait until it is green for new drivers the black light is very scary, thanks
Default speed is 50 km per hour. If you don't see any signs, don't drive faster than 50 (excludes road works without signage) as I explained in this video where there was a construction site
"Flow"? Unnecessary lane change.Gold. Interrupting flow when you change lane the second time. Stay in ONE lane, Low Risk Driving, surely? And love the "chatting with the Testing Officer. Great distraction. Wow!
Hello Sir, thank you for the tips. I have a questions. So the moment I've arrived in DOT Mandurah, should I straight away park at the driving assessment parking bay for my PDA?
@@DrivingSchoolWA Thank you so much for the videos and tips. It has really helped me a lot in acquiring knowledge and gaining my driving skills. As I've mentioned last year I took my PDA at Mandurah and I failed there. So I just kept on improving my skills, kept driving and watched your helpful videos. Today I passed my PDA at Midland. Thank you sir :) I really appreciate all of your videos.
@@jackmacdonald7070 nah man just failed by 1 cross, checking blind spots and hesitating was the issue, check for cyclist lanes and the railroad needs to be checked when crossing, the lanes on the railway crossing needs a blind spot check while crossing due to the weirdly thought out cyclist lane, seems to be a trick, there’s 1 hill start right after the railroad crossing and next to the train station, the road goes from 50 to 30 without indication and will warrant a fail if u don’t know that. if you know that Youl pass.
