I did intermittent fasting for a year and the results were even beyond my goal was. It was fun and I gained confidence. During the first month, it was horrible and the low energy you experienced here feel so relatable. I think it was hard, but eventually, you will gain discipline and adapt it as a lifestyle. Anyways, hoping everyone who wishes to start their healthy body journey, a success! Great video.
