Took a bit of finding as I had the same question. I believe they are Round Gobys, a non native invasive species canalrivertrust.org.uk/enjoy-the-waterways/fishing/related-articles/the-fisheries-and-angling-team/round-goby-a-potential-uk-arrival the spot on the dorsal seems to confirm it.

Was wanting to ask the same question, good job read the comments first before I did.
The gobys seem aggressive to the crayfish at the start of the video. Backed off more for them than it did when the Carp turn up and gets hooked

Interesting to see actually how cancelled the bait gets while the crayfish eats the popup. In that moment its not fishing at all. Just a short while after it gets dropped the strike comes. Makes you wonder how many hours when ur bait is out in cray infested water, that the bait is actually fishing.

Heuul interessant! Dat die grondels die kreeft attacken, wtf. Hoop dat je een keer vastlegt hoe een grotere baars een cray aanvalt. Er zaten een paar mooie spiegels tussen, jammer dat je die niet ving ipv die kleine schub. Bedankt voor de upload!

Thanks for your reply. The video is indeed focused on the crayfish. In the video you can see carp eating while the crayfish is in the area and you can see that a carp gets hooked just next to a crayfish. Valuable lessons I think.
