She is most likely on a huge growth hormon cycle and very minimal testosteron, with breaks in between. Thats how she has not the typical men like face structure you speak about. She trains really hard and takes huge ammounts, builds muscles quick and alot, then she takes a break on the cycle and only does regenerative training......and so on. Almost like a steroid cut. Thats the only way i can imagine how shes doing it.
