Firstly love the idea that an experienced crafter can make, a error but how to resolve it and not panic. The card is just beautiful the simple addition of the gems make such a difference, fantastic attention to detain. Xx
Love this demo. Such a versatile poinsettia set and definitely makes an all year round project by changing the colours up, the inks in Lisa's range look like they blend really well to make clear, new colour shades. Dawn's ideas have made me have another look at all my Lisa Horton products and I will use them in so many different projects now and not just what they look like they are intended for, ie my Christmas stamps and dies are going to be used all year round now for other occasions!!
What a beautiful card. I love this set and like you say it can be used all year round. Will definitely have a go at trying different colours especially for the shading. Really brings everything to life. Thank you Dawn x
I am so pleased that you made the same error that I have done but at least you coloured the leaves yellow so you could make them green but I started with pink !!!!! A lovely demonstration and I preferred the colours of the flower you demonstrated live. Thank you Dawn.
A great tutorial Dawn! I’m so excited to have watched this one in particular as I have a number of Lisa’s poinsettia products that are too nice to only use at Christmas so thanks for the inspiration 👍😊
A brilliant demo Dawn and a gorgeous card. Love the way you mixed the blending inks and interference inks - haven't tried that yet. Such a pretty card and nice to see it done in non Christmas colours. Also the layering of the flower on top of another. I have this set and have only made Christmas cards so far so this is very inspirational. Thank you. 💕
That’s lovely Dawn. I’ve ordered the interference inks from last weeks show. My order is ‘processing’ but I can’t wait to try them. Mixing them with the blending inks is very interesting.xx
Love your demos Dawn your blending is so good I need lots of practise especially with the interference inks I’m not to good with them. The colours are lovely quite spring like x
What a gorgeous outcome. Not in my opinion particularly autumnal as it mimics other flower types. I found this video very helpful not least because I have just received the Interference ink set. Love the way you mix the Blending and Interference sets. x
I love seeing the Bold Poinsettia created in yellow! You've inspired me, Dawn. I haven't created with this one yet. Thank you!!
