Thanks bro but i don't know how to like talk to my teammates cuz they are 2-3 years older than me they like 15-16 and I'm 13 and the thing thats bothering me is cuz im from a small country called Bosnia and like there is not many scouts there.

I know playing with older teammates can be difficult at times, but the talking part is easy, all you have to do is be motivating, if your teammates make a shot say “good shot” or if your teammate makes a good defensive play say “good defense, keep it up” or if your teammate airballs or turns the ball over tell them “It’s ok bro, focus on the next play” just make sure you talk every possession, especially on defense, I know it can tiring lol, but you have to do it to stand out.
And don’t worry about what country your from, a lot of players from Bosnia have made it to the NBA or had very successful pro careers in your country, don’t worry about scouts at all, the only thing you need to focus on is getting better on & off the court! Most players from foreign countries like yourself don’t even go to American colleges yet they are still successful… the two best players in the World (Luka & Jokic) went from their country straight to the NBA, so again don’t worry about scouts & stuff too much, just become the best player & person you can possibly be and everything eles will work out for you
