    Some of you asked that we make our CUTTING SERIES more like a vlog with raw workout footage so we switched it up and tried it out for this episode.       Are your workouts in the cutting book a 3 day split? I can only hit the gym 3 days

      Why rest only 90 seconds between sets?. If u do have the time, 3 mins between sets will allow you to have more energy and you can get more volume out of your workout and less fatigued and so you can do more sets without burning out. Its time under tension that makes you stronger. Dont mean you have to be exhausted after your workout.

      Henrik Svensson That is true about time under tension. But also factor in the anabolic cardio. higher anabolic state= increases muscle mass.

      Michael Usher if you take your own TDEE and then take it to the power of your baby’s metabolism, then proceed to square it and finally divide it by the size of the mamas breast in cm, you will arrive to the required calories for your baby to make righteous gains.

    I rarely comment, but I have to say, that this bit at the end was exactly what I needed! I’ve been lifting for about 6 months in my garage focusing on strength.. I’m an “obese” guy in my 30’s and that leaves me very self conscious now that I’m working out in a commercial gym. Yeah I’m seeing huge strength gains for my level of experience, but I’m still the fat guy among these “beasts” in the gym which ,depending on the day, can be inspirational or disheartening. And sometimes we just need a little reality check. Thank you Hudson and Brandon for doing what you guys do to inspire and teach. You guys rock!

      Yeah ! I've been busting my ass in the gym for a really long time and I'm way far from those "super instragram bodies" and I don't think I will ever get to that level even if I planned to train until the age of 50-60. Still, if you want to compare yourself with picture or something, use your old picture. Comparing youself to yourself is the best way, imo, to be proud of you at the end of the day !

      Glen, why don't you cut then? I am not obese but certainly overweight and I was doing strength bulk for months despite how i look. Now, together with BUFF DUDES I started my own cutting plan this month to finally burn that fat.

    Hudson that speech in the care was truly aeesome "the highlight reel" I am caring for my 83 year old dad with dementia and the gym is my mental health break and meeting my own fitness goals and slow progress but the talk really helped me cheers sir.

    Completely and totally appreciate what you spoke about on motivation & drive near the end. I've lost a substantial amount of weight a few years ago, was amazing, felt the best me I'd ever felt. Then stupidly went and put it back on after a lax lifestyle after a shitty year. Currently in the process of again taking the journey on of losing it all over again, and even though its taken me a while to get back on the horse, I'm very strict and will set my mind to it. People often used to and currently ask like 'secrets' or to give them tips. The only thing I can ever really truly think I want to say is that you just have to have the determination and push on it, because you may want it but nothing will happen until you just push yourself to do whatever you are setting out to achieve. I would know, I've done it before.... and then not done it for ages... and then doing it again haha. Definitely relate to everything you said in that car ride. Especially the social media shit, I try and just keep to my own and not follow all the beautiful fitness gals, as even though they are for sure inspiring sometimes I get a little self doubt. Respect, love the videos. Only been following a while, but really enjoy all the content!

    Doing the skullcrushers with over or under hand grip makes a difference? Which one is better and safer for the elbow? I've always done it with over hand grip (back of hand touches forehead) and my elbows hurt a bit while extending back vertical position.

    My take on Buff Dudes Low Carb Egg "Cloud Bread"
    2 Lg. Eggs
    2 Tbsp Greek Yogurt, Plain
    1/4 tsp Baking Powder
    1 pinch salt
    Parchment Paper
    Mixer
    Preheat Oven 425F
    Separate Whites and Yolks Into 2 bowls
    Add Yogurt to Yolks and Whip
    Add Baking Powder to Egg Whites and blend with mixer for 2 minutes on high
    Pour yolk mixture into egg white/baking soda mixture and add salt
    Scrape and fold with a spoon to blend
    Place sheet over baking tray
    Pour 1/4 cup x 6 portions
    Bake for 10-12 minutes

    Can y’all do a video where you do a strict diet and what you eat and work out and every morning and night use a scale that shows weight. Fat. Water. Bmi and muscle ? I been doing it my self and so far lost 24 lbs in 2 month im 6’2 tall was 236 lbs now 212. Six pack starting to show again. Lost almost 5 inches on my waist gone from size 38 to size 34. And im 51 years old. Not been working out crazy. Done lighter weight mainly try maintaining the muscle i got with focus on burning. But it had been nice see how y’all would had approached it. Im kinda tired of chicken and salmon but it works haha.

    As someone with scoliosis in my lower back, it’s hard for me to confidently progress with using dumbbells for chest, shoulders, back, legs. Any recommendations for form with getting the dumbbells to the bench & other recommendations that aren’t dumbbells? I’ve hit a wall in my growth and I can’t diversify much if I can’t use dumbbells for fear of throwing my back out from my scoliosis. Also, will definitely be using your cutting plan, it’s amazing!

    It's not going to happen without a partner. Where I live in my town people shun fitness for the most part and it's really hard to get someone to workout with. Doing it alone at home for the last 8 months and losing hope.

    ToOoOoOo much sodium in that salsa.. Opt for a mixture of cayenne pepper, black pepper, onion powder, and Garlic powder. Maybe small amounts of Sriracha if you really need it.

    I really like your videos they are very inspirational and funny nothing like a good sense of humor. My cousin was Rich Piana R.I.P. And as you know Rich had a lot of training videos.     Not really related to the video but i thought it would be the best way(commenting on the newest video) to get noticed.
    I have a problem that bothers me for a long time. My right arm is a lot stronger than my left arm. For example,using the same weight,i can curl up to 10-12 times with my right hand and around 8 with my left arm. There is also a difference in size around 1cm.. and i know it doesn't sound that much but i find it pretty visible. I also get this problem on my lats.. It's either that my right side developed better because i used it more or i just don't know how to properly flex my left lat.. How can i fix it? I try to do some extra curls with my weaker hand but i feel like my right one lacks training.. I stop at 8 curls with my right hand and i try to do 10-12 on my left.. with pause. I can do more with my right one but i try to stagnate the growth until my left one gets on the same level. And it's not really working. Any tips? BTW.. sorry if i sound dumb but i'm not actually a native speaker. I do my best tho.. Hope i expressed myself correctly

    rest times are 90 seconds? how much do you guys usually rest?!
    I only recently started resting this much, granted last time I was lean , weaker and smaller.
    I only started working out about 5 years ago now and I started off of Gregg Plitt's training program, I thought shorter rests mean bigger gains (took between 1 n 2 years off in total since)
    the most I've rested is two minutes and that's solely for pullups, which I'm doing for the first tie in my life this year

    If your trying to get motivated, it’s good to find a workout buddy But that can back fire too. You can’t always rely on them. If they get lazy or loose motivation, they can drag you down. People come and go in life but your stuck with yourself forever. Solo or not don’t stop.

    If you do not have a hand mixer, you can mix them by hand. Just don't grab the whisk and try to use your arm. Hold the whisk in two hands with your palms and roll them back and forth to spin the whisk.

    Just wondering why you guys chose 8 reps during a cutting phase? If you are eating less calories, would lower reps be a good idea? Also love the Sabaton preworkout music.
