I went through a terrible divorce almost two years ago and lost the Love of My life and then My Mama died back In February. I got saved when I was 12 but I never fully understood what happened. It wasn't until all the pain and sorrow that I went through that I was brought full circle to a place where I understood that I have been free since I was 12. I didn't know It but still It Is true. I am free In Jesus...He has forgiven Me for that bad marriage and My Identity lies In Him.
God is with you he has proven it to me a thousand times I tried to take my life in 2018 I shot my self in the mouth pointing towards my brain three times and it didn't kill me so I reloaded the gun and pointed it to the side of my head and fired six more times I truly believe that he put his hands on me and stopped all the bullets and gave me a perpous for life trust me it took awhile to understand what happened but now I'm sober rekendeled the relationship with my family and granted life isent perfect but I am proud of the man I have become through god

I think there is a lot of people out there in the world today hurting, lost. And we as Christians should be opening out our hand to help them to know there is a much better way with Our Lord Jesus Christ.

I love this song. I was saved 2 weeks ago after I just broke down cause of stress in my life. Work, financial, relationship (which sadly ended). I went to church for the first time that Sunday in years and accepted Jesus as my Lord and savior. The feeling was unreal when I gave him my soul.
I'm a 50 year old truck driver who has seen and done lots of things that most people only read about. I was ill mannered, careless, without direction, and hardened to humanity as a whole. I was rapidly spiraling downward with no chance of slowing down before I hit bottom. Only then, did I realize that it had to stop, but I wasn't going to do it by myself. That's when, with the help of friends and strangers, I turned to Jesus for help, and I too was changed. That was 19 years ago. I now have a great wife, of almost 18 years, and a beautiful 16 year old daughter. The "I love you daddy" part in the video just broke me down and made me cry like I never had before. I was saved at age 22 and havent had a drink since. My relationship with my parents improved a lot before they passed away. But please pray for my daughter. She has been an addict for many years.

I was fourteen when I was baptized. In fact, it was three years ago today when I was baptized in the Columbia River. That day when I was baptized, this was the song that was in my head. Before the dunk, I stood in our trailer alone and I prayed for God to help me on my journey, and I used lyrics from this song. Gave a new meaning to the song that day. Three years later to the day, here I am, still a follower of Christ and thinking about going on a mission someday!

I sat on a street corner crying like a baby back in 1987 not knowing what to do.. I finally asked God Almighty for deliverance. I asked that he lift the addiction. Thanks to the mercy and power of God Almighty I'm still sober today and loving life. I've heard of this very thing happening to others. God is alive and still working miracles today. You just gotta believe.
I will always love this song, I drank until I was wasted off of my butt for 2 years and drove most of those nights. I knew I needed help and prayed about it many nights. One night I drove drunk out to the middle of nowhere and screamed at God to come save me, I assumed that he would show up and present himself (That never happens, but I was drunk) He heard my cry, about a week later I was pulled over, probably the drunkest I have ever been. I was arrested and sat in a jail cell wondering how my life could have gotten to this road. I quietly prayed hard that night, I felt a feeling so strong that all I could think of was "I left God, I left the church" It was almost an internal voice speaking to me it was so strong. After getting out of jail after some time sober, I began to pray and get help. God has done nothing but good things for me ever since. Of course there are people who will say it was just bad luck, followed by good luck. But I have no doubt that it was God, my life was a living hell and it continues to get better every day and I continue to get blessed every day. I pray that anyone who needs help gets it.

John Armata John I know lots of people who get baptized just to join a club. Baptism is not about the full change. BUT if taken seriously and with a repentant heart it does make a chance. that is why the Bible says REPENT and then be baptized Repentance, true repeentence is turning away from and old life and admitting you really screwed up trying to do it yourself.....

I've had a rough life. I was bullied constantly throughout kindergarten to 5th grade. Tried to commit suicide when i was in 5th grade but failed, Was very lonely with no friends, My family and I we're poor and the fact that my dad was never there for us which made it worse. My dad was either out drinking at the bars or cheating with other woman while married to my mom. Then my parents got divorced and then it was pretty much me, my mom and my aunt that were trying to survive on very little money. My mom and my aunt had to work their asses off just to care for me and I am so grateful for that. Then my dad got into an accident in 2013 and that's when my life really went downhill because we had to leave everything behind including our hometown and even our neighbors and friends just to take care of my dad who was in critical condition. He was in the ICU for 6 months. My mom, my aunt and I had to spend in a hotel by the hospital for 6 months because we lived so far away from the hospital he was put into from our hometown. Then finally our lifes started to become better as my dad got better we were able to find a house closer to the hospital, Then I found an amazing school that I just graduated from and I even got to graduate with m boyfriend since we were both in the same grade. We were both senior's last school year and while I was there for 6 years I was always welcomed and loved by such kind hearted teachers and other students who are all now my friends and then that's when I even met my wonderful boyfriend named Matthew and we are currently dating and we've been daring for 2 year's and he has made my life a thousand times better by always being there for me even during these hard times. Then my mom and dad got back together when my dad was back to normal from the accident and they got married again. Then we started to get more money and we even could even afford to buy a bigger house and we did. Now my life is one billion times better and i love my life especially with my boyfriend Matthew by my side who always makes me feel so loved and always makes my day even when im having a rough day and for my mom and aunt who we're always there for me when I needed them even though we were struggling they never gave up on taking care of me and that to me is a true blessing. Thank you to all of the amazing people that I've found and met in my life for they have made my life so much better and I am so grateful for my dad that he survived the really bad accident. My life has definitely changed for the better and I thank god everyday that I did!

I was fourteen when I was baptized. In fact, it was three years ago today when I was baptized in the Columbia River. That day when I was baptized, this was the song that was in my head. Before the dunk, I stood in our trailer alone and I prayed for God to help me on my journey, and I used lyrics from this song. Gave a new meaning to the song that day. Three years later to the day, here I am, still a follower of Christ and thinking about going on a mission someday!

I sat on a street corner crying like a baby back in 1987 not knowing what to do.. I finally asked God Almighty for deliverance. I asked that he lift the addiction. Thanks to the mercy and power of God Almighty I'm still sober today and loving life. I've heard of this very thing happening to others. God is alive and still working miracles today. You just gotta believe.

15 years clean and fought death twice last year
I will always love this song, I drank until I was wasted off of my butt for 2 years and drove most of those nights. I knew I needed help and prayed about it many nights. One night I drove drunk out to the middle of nowhere and screamed at God to come save me, I assumed that he would show up and present himself (That never happens, but I was drunk) He heard my cry, about a week later I was pulled over, probably the drunkest I have ever been. I was arrested and sat in a jail cell wondering how my life could have gotten to this road. I quietly prayed hard that night, I felt a feeling so strong that all I could think of was "I left God, I left the church" It was almost an internal voice speaking to me it was so strong. After getting out of jail after some time sober, I began to pray and get help. God has done nothing but good things for me ever since. Of course there are people who will say it was just bad luck, followed by good luck. But I have no doubt that it was God, my life was a living hell and it continues to get better every day and I continue to get blessed every day. I pray that anyone who needs help gets it.

John I know lots of people who get baptized just to join a club. Baptism is not about the full change. BUT if taken seriously and with a repentant heart it does make a chance. that is why the Bible says REPENT and then be baptized

I've had a rough life. I was bullied constantly throughout kindergarten to 5th grade. Tried to commit suicide when i was in 5th grade but failed, Was very lonely with no friends, My family and I we're poor and the fact that my dad was never there for us which made it worse. My dad was either out drinking at the bars or cheating with other woman while married to my mom. Then my parents got divorced and then it was pretty much me, my mom and my aunt that were trying to survive on very little money. My mom and my aunt had to work their asses off just to care for me and I am so grateful for that. Then my dad got into an accident in 2013 and that's when my life really went downhill because we had to leave everything behind including our hometown and even our neighbors and friends just to take care of my dad who was in critical condition. He was in the ICU for 6 months. My mom, my aunt and I had to spend in a hotel by the hospital for 6 months because we lived so far away from the hospital he was put into from our hometown. Then finally our lifes started to become better as my dad got better we were able to find a house closer to the hospital, Then I found an amazing school that I just graduated from and I even got to graduate with m boyfriend since we were both in the same grade. We were both senior's last school year and while I was there for 6 years I was always welcomed and loved by such kind hearted teachers and other students who are all now my friends and then that's when I even met my wonderful boyfriend named Matthew and we are currently dating and we've been daring for 2 year's and he has made my life a thousand times better by always being there for me even during these hard times. Then my mom and dad got back together when my dad was back to normal from the accident and they got married again. Then we started to get more money and we even could even afford to buy a bigger house and we did. Now my life is one billion times better and i love my life especially with my boyfriend Matthew by my side who always makes me feel so loved and always makes my day even when im having a rough day and for my mom and aunt who we're always there for me when I needed them even though we were struggling they never gave up on taking care of me and that to me is a true blessing. Thank you to all of the amazing people that I've found and met in my life for they have made my life so much better and I am so grateful for my dad that he survived the really bad accident. My life has definitely changed for the better and I thank god everyday that I did!
