I absolutely love rascal flatts. They have to be my favorite. Every single song is a hit. I love them, SERIOUSLY! anytime I need a boost to my day, I listen to them.

Listened to this from Russia. Suddenly, my vodka became Kentucky bourbon, my porridge became corn, my wife started calling me a "fine feller" and a Colt revolver appeared in a holster that I've never had. What happened?
Exactly. It can easily relate to people and it's just people wanting to share their story. It's the real deal. I'm proud to say I love Country. Beats Dubstep and Techno as well! :D
"The public's first glimpse of the project came with its first single, "Banjo," which quickly rose to the upper reaches of the chart. It shows once again the trio's affinity for the unexpected and for music as sheer joy. A celebration of the out-of-the-way, off-the-map getaways that refresh us all, it's got big harmonies, high energy and an appearance by Ilya Toshinsky on the five-stringed instrument that lends the song its title." From Rascal Flatts web page
Im Mexican and I so in love with country music... country music lyrics still talk about love and friendship and not about being stupid and sex like other genres of music..
If this song doesnt put a giant smile on your face and make you want to jump up and dance then you need to check your pulse to make sure its still there.
I remember when Rascal Flatt came t to Kimball, TN at Cracker Barrel and I worked across from there at Shoneys. I so wanted to meet them in person. Almost didnt go to work that day. Lol
Absolutely love to hear the banjo ❤a shame it isn't included in alot of today's music ..if you want to call it music . Classic country is my favorite . ❤besides a few others
This was track 2 and the 1st single from Rascal Flatts' 8th album "Changed" and was the 4th song I learned by this really cool country group. This is a real 2012 country party song.
To All of my blue collar brothers out there in the United States of America thank you for everything you do to keep this country going I'm a truck driver and proud of it
Essa se tornou uma das minhas músicas favoritas ... Passei muito tempo procurando uma banda assim com uma música dessa e quando ouvi pela primeira vez passei o dia inteiro só nessa música ... Kkkkk...
Friend, I'm affraid you missed a valuable teaching moment. Honey draws more flies than vinegar. Country music speaks from the heart. Banjo rocks;however, Rascal Flatts offers America in a typically country riff. I love it.
Nice to see they did the research on banjo styles. Got the three finger style on an open back banjo. This is real country. No way it's bullshit pop music written by someone else. No way.
+Porch412 I agree. The only reason an open back is used is to show off the girl, who is not really picking. This is a perfect example of what Nashville has been doing for years. All hype, no real talent and certainly not country music. The shame is that there is real talent in that town. There is real music in that town. But like Rap, they choose hype over quality.
+Robert Denton yes sadly in Nashville they have lost alot of there talent all they want is hot young girls or guys that rap which isnt music. I was down there love the place to death but hate what people like Scott who has signed rascal flats has done to music. Scott is as fake as taylor is singing live.
+Robert Denton Dude you have no idea what you are talking about. She is playing that isn't just some pretty girl. That is Ashley Campbell the daughter of country legend Glen Campbell. And yes she knows how to play the banjo and learned how to play that song before this video was made. So get your facts before you run your mouth
these guys have changed my life and the songs "Here Comes Goodbye", "What Hurts The Most", and "Why" are truley beautiful. my favorite song for 7 months has been "Why"... and after my grandfather passed that was the first cried and truly understood what this song is and that it has a MUCH deeper meaningto the words and great job guys keep it up!!!
I was drawn to the sounds of the banjo the first time I heard Roy Clark play his on HeeHaw. God gifted me with the talent for the banjo back in 1990's the day I touched a the strings on a banjo in a music store but didn't realize it until he gifted me with the talent of painting in 2006. He sent a jolt of electricity through me that December day in 2006. I then realized & remembered he did the same thing back when I touched the banjo. I have yet to been able to buy me a banjo. I still long to hold & play a banjo that is mine.
EVERY SINGLE Rascal Flatts song is perfect! So proud of them! Their music is so down to earth and real
I totally agree! All of their songs are awesome!
I'll say.
Youp too bad the disband 2 years ago during covid without a farewell tour.
The blonde playing Banjo in this video is Glen Campbell daughter Ashley Campbell. One of the best if not the best banjo player left.
Naa, She might be good but allot of better banjo players are around
I love the sound of banjo. I love Rascal Flatts. I love this song! They get better everytime.
Glenn Campbell left us an amazing banjo player. His daughter is an amazing player. Thank you Rascal Flatts for using her in this video!
Amazing! Love it ❤

I absolutely love rascal flatts. They have to be my favorite. Every single song is a hit. I love them, SERIOUSLY! anytime I need a boost to my day, I listen to them.
Hello kristie, how are you?
She is the hottest banjo player to ever exist
That's Ashley Campbell - Glen Campbell's youngest child. Her mom was a Rockette - good genes! And she really can play the banjo.
She plays the guitar and keyboards too.
I'm glad that she follows in her late father's musical footsteps. @Country Rebel 74
What about me lol 🤣
Right she can all day
How can you not love the talent of the BANJO!!!
Ashley Campbell, daughter of the legendary Glen Campbell on the banjo here. What a hottie.
Good to know she's making good music like her pop.
Brian Qualls … wat?! Wow... thx
Amen!
Why is she not a big star?
They should come back and keep making these amazing bangers.
I love that there are black folk in this video rocking out to country because some of us LOVE country, too....
The Banjo is an ancient African instrument. introduced to this hemisphere only a few hundred years ago.
Morgan cool way to go to work with my girlfriend named
Every player on this track is just RIPPIN IT!
When I lose my smile
When my thoughts get jumbled
When the air and BS get too thick
Can’t take a breath without getting sick
I’ve had enough with this concrete jungle
I drop my truck in drive
I pick up my baby
She jumps in with a kiss and a hey
We exit off that old highway
Sometimes you gotta go beyond the pavement
[Chorus]
You gotta go deep
Way on back
Cross a few creeks
And a couple little shacks
You gotta get lost
Way on out
Crickets and frogs
Yeah you’re gettin’ close now
And you kick it into four wheel drive when you run out of road
And you go, and you go and you go-go-go
‘Til you hear a banjo
It ain’t on no map
And I’m glad it isn’t
Leave the phone and the GPS,
Those satellites ain’t found it yet,
Got our own little piece of heaven hidden
[Chorus]
Yeah, you gotta go deep
Way on back
Cross a few creeks
And a couple little shacks
You gotta get lost
Way on out
Crickets and frogs
Yeah you’re gettin’ close now
And you kick it into four wheel drive when you run out of road
And you go, and you go and you go-go-go
‘Til you hear a banjo
You gotta go deep
Way on back
Cross a few creeks
And a couple little shacks
You gotta get lost
Way on out
Crickets and frogs
Yeah you’re gettin’ close now
And you kick it into four wheel drive when you run out of road
And you go, and you go and you go and you go and you go
Oooh hoo
‘Til you hear that banjo
Kick it
You gotta go deep
Way on back
Oh oh oh
Cross a few creeks
And a couple little shacks
Oh oh oh
Four wheel drive when you run out of road
Oh oh oh
And you go and you go, and you go
‘Til you hear that, ‘til you hear that
‘Til you hear that banjo
This is the Rascal Flatts that I fell in love with! Sounds a lot like their stuff on their debut album. Love it!!
I was on my scrolling mode when I saw your comment and was moved to send a text, hope you are having a good day?
Listened to this from Russia. Suddenly, my vodka became Kentucky bourbon, my porridge became corn, my wife started calling me a "fine feller" and a Colt revolver appeared in a holster that I've never had. What happened?
This comment made my day.
That's great this put a smile on my face...

I love this song! The banjo is such a great instrument! Great video! 👏😎
One of the best country groups of all time
Rascal Flatts; always setting the bar to new heights on what it means to be a first class group, regardless of genre.
is no guy going to mention how incredibly attractive it is to see a girl who can rock a banjo.
this song has such a positive and fun msg!!!
Pouring out Gods purpose. Ezekiel 39:29. Thank you for your service to Jesus.
I love Rascal Flatts!
They are amazing live, if you haven't been to their concert before, YOU NEED TO!
Mindy Snyder . I'm going to see Rascal Flatts in Concert tomorrow in Charlotte. I love this band
I literally grew up with these guys. No reins was the soundtrack to my summer. Love you keep country alive!!!
literally ... soooo one of them is your father ?
@@fan-trailer6987 i'm guessing discovered them at a young age/when they first debuted and grew up listening to them as they released more stuff?
Why doesn't this band get more views? Their songs are really good!
Emma Zijtregtop Cus people suck
Emma Zijtregtop cause the country stations already overplay them
No one in Britain knows them, they never played once on the radio and not a single one of their videos has ever been on TV
Leo Craveiro brits don't like country, typically
Emma Zijtregtop This is my FAV country band. and i think its because most people dot consider them "country enough" outside of the music industry.
I absolutely love this song! When they start working that banjo it just puts me in a different level. what a great song thanks boys!
Exactly. It can easily relate to people and it's just people wanting to share their story. It's the real deal. I'm proud to say I love Country. Beats Dubstep and Techno as well! :D

Glen Campbell's daughter rocks this song. They should do more music together.
Is the banjo player Glen's daughter?
@@indominfo3219 she sure is his daughter. I didn't know it until long after the video came out.
I knew about his son. Thanks for letting me know about the daughter. She is awesome.
Thats awesome! I never knew that, thanks for sharing that with us!

Lol yes
I would love that bus ride. Awesome song.
Damn, Brooks & Dunn were a HUGE part of 90s for me & my dad. We didn't connect on much but we did on B&D. Really good memories. R.I.P. ol' man.
If this song doesnt put a giant smile on your face and make you want to jump up and dance then you need to check your pulse to make sure its still there.
WOW!!! Perfect!!!
Rascal never disappoint😊
Yeah same here Lisa and playing acoustic and electric guitar is the closest thing I'll ever get to playing a banjo 🪕.😊
Rascal flatts has always been one of my favorite bands
They were so great together 😢❤
Fantastic song !!!
Banjo and fiddle says country !!
I remember when Rascal Flatt came t to Kimball, TN at Cracker Barrel and I worked across from there at Shoneys. I so wanted to meet them in person. Almost didnt go to work that day. Lol

Banjo is the best of the all musical instruments in world, I play on banjo too
Very good music with a great guest star: Ashley Campbell...
Amazing singer and awesome instrumentals
Música foda demais. Bem que eles podiam vir para o Brasil. Ia ser um sonho 😍😍
Just proves what Steve Martin says, "To cure depression in this country just give everyone a banjo.
" Got me smiling. Thank you for posting.
Hottest banjo player....EVER.
That's Ashley Campbell, the daughter of the late, great Glen Campbell, and besides being beautiful, she plays a wicked banjo.
You're welcome, Audrey!
Rob D. she's very pretty. reminds me of Carrie Underwood.
And fabulously talented.
Yep, that's her. There are other videos of her playing the banjo with her father, on is "Dueling banjos." She keeps up with the old man pretty good.
This is how you can know you can Getaway big cities to have old music become new with how you can hear it from both the heart and soul
I want a college professor like that!
Same
Seriously, how happy does this song make you feel? Love it!
Would like to have seen more Ashley Campbell. She is amazing!

Glenn Campbell's daughter does a great job on the banjo.
Lovely sounds of the banjo👍👍👍👍
i went to there consert on agust 5 and when it was over nobody wanted to leave they wanted them to play more
No one can help but smile when holding a banjo, so it is essentially one of the best antidepressants
No girl that hot has ever played the banjo
I love to play the banjo
Essa se tornou uma das minhas músicas favoritas ... Passei muito tempo procurando uma banda assim com uma música dessa e quando ouvi pela primeira vez passei o dia inteiro só nessa música ... Kkkkk...
Love All Rascal Flats "MUSIC"
This is country, Very cool :)
This is more pop rather than country. Real country is Earl Scruggs and Doc Martin.
