Nice video, dude. Insane combos... I have a few questions though since I just picked up Phase 4 and currently in the process of learning her.
How long did it take for you to get Phase 4's teleport timing down? Are there any sort of secrets or tricks to her timing or did you just practice for months trying to get it down?
Thanks man. Glad u like it. Honestly just practice. The situations in this vid mainly represent max damage but there are situations where you would have to change things up to take advantage of danger zones or weight classes. Just a few words of advice.. dont mash..it won't work. And dont buffer either.. it's more of a rhythm.. it's a bit slower than u think.. once u get the pace down you'd be teleporting like a champ ;)

So characters still say some special quotes against HI COUNTER hold. Nice. Phase 4 is a lot harder to use than Kasumi. Tell me how much time does it take to record video a like this?.
Of all the vids I made, this was probably the hardest to make.. It helped a lot that I was playing her since Day1 so ..
2 months learning the character
3 Days for Writing Frame Data (Including the Data on fastest Hold)
1 Day for highlighting the important things to demonstrate in the video
4 days writing the combos
2 Days Polishing things up making sure combos are clean and max damage with no repetition of info
1 Day for making the specific cover shots, etc.
1 Week recording (50 combos in this vid .. it took a long time)
1 Week editing
1 day Translating

It's really hard being a one man show, especially with a full time job.. but I enjoy this so.. yeah .. I hope you like the result :)

Some advice for someone who now want to try and train Phase 4 thanks to your video ?
Yes, shes a really hard character to use and requires precision to get her optimal damage. So, don't be discouraged if you lose alot in the beginning. The payoff is great in the end.
Also, you need to understand that you cant just get away with just pokes with her because shes really unsafe. You need to know what's safe and what's not, because she is very easily punishable.

@@MikoHecate yeah, but shes really fast. So it's a fair trade off. Her 2P on hit keeps her at 0 which is great, (chi)P and (ten)P+K are safe .. I think 8P too. But almost everything else is throwable.. so be careful

Hi I’m new to doa and was wondering what does the dots little arrows and chi BT and Ten in parenthesis mean is there like a legends anyone can send so I can understand. Great video btw.
(BT) is back turned.. ten and chi are abbreviations of phase 4's stances ... tenfu and chifu. I hope this helps :)

Only slightly. Shes still a beast. The nerd to the floor dangerzones opens up chances for new combos too so she gained some n lost some
