- Faber Snow Mountain Snowshoes are sold at Costco across Canada and we decided to give them a go and see if they past mustard. We got sizes 826 and 929 as those were what we needed weight wise, there is a smaller size as well if you need it.

I only started using snowshoes last year, and one thing that I quickly found that I needed was for them to be 'glove friendly' something that will enabled quick and easy access to the tightening mechanism while being gloved.
I found these that the ratchet one I used to be meanwhile there was an older model that used a strap where you secure or loosen by simply pulling it(a different strap for pulling versus loosening), and it was exactly what I needed! I found the ones you are reviewing on Costco with a good review, but will wait for the strap model instead. Great review!
Anything that makes taking them on/off easier will always be welcomed in this hobby!
Any puppet sized options for snowshoes?
There is a smaller size of Snowshoe as well, but likely still larger than what I puppet would use, unless that puppet is big bird LOL.

Alaska is colder then where I am in Canada most of the time.
Quite south so northern lights not as often as I would like, although right now to the north is the comet C/2022 C3 FTZ that I want to image if the snow ever gives up!
