There are those that literally lead an exemplary life of diet and fitness and health (daily hard exercise, no sugar, no smoking, no drinking, etc) and still get hit with ED. So though good to say “change your lifestyle” if indeed an issue but many men today in their 40s and 50s have been models of health and still encounter this problem. Not sure if TRT or Hormones tends to be the big issue (some times blood flow problems) but a lot more going on in our bodies than just lifestyle these days it seems.

Of course there are always outliers but that doesn’t detract from the many patients who can be helped with lifestyle changes. I hope find an answer. Have you tied IC Up injections like caverject or tri-mix? Any luck with ex-corporal shockwave therapy? Have you had a urological Doppler scan?

What defines exemplary nutrition? Our whole society is in confusion about this.

Yes, started having issues after year 2, especially after going off HCG when it became a biologic and very hard to source for those in the U.S. Going back on HCG soon after more than 2 years off of it. Hopefully it does the trick because if not, I'm seriously considering getting off the test and blasting HCG, Clomid, and a whole host of natural test boosters like Maca, D-Aspartic Acid, ZMA before bed etc. and seeing if I can get back to atleast a respectable natural level again over the course of 6 months plus.

This physician is right on with his explanation. It is truly an age issue. Low T is just part of it.

Thank you for watching and for your feedback! I'm glad you found the physician's explanation helpful. Age can definitely play a role in various health issues, including low testosterone.

    Fix your Lifestyle:
    - Sleep hygiene: sleep clean without screens and having proper biorythms (getting into a "regular sleep pattern", get to bed at a "regular consistent time")
    - eating cleaner ("let the food be the medicine and the medicine be the food")
    - having some regular exercise
    - managing stress and cortisol

I've been on trt for two years. I train hard and am in my 60's. Went on to lose some body fat increase muscle growth and was thinking higher sex drive. Got the first two but not the third. So 8 have frequent ED now and I'm not happy about it. My theory is that my body us not working to generate it's own testosterone and of course sperm creation is also very low or near zero. With all the mechanisms that go on jn your body seems to me the trt is just messing things up there.

Have you ever tried HCG? It worked really well with me @400ius twice a week. Although, I must say, I'm much younger than you but I've heard good things from all ages. It seems to really wake up the parts of your brain that get shut down from the test and helps with overall libido as well as stimulates your testes to begin making testosterone again as well as increases semen volume tremendously in my experience. It's more than worth a try if you can source it.

It's great to hear that you've seen positive results with TRT in terms of losing body fat and increasing muscle growth. However, it's important to consult with a medical professional about your concerns regarding your sex drive and potential side effects. They will be able to provide you with the best advice and guidance based on your individual situation. Feel free to reach out to our consultants at +44-2039003209 for personalized guidance and assistance.

4 weeks still too early to tell. You need to be on for at least 3-6 months. Sometimes even more

LOL, until recently I hadn't realized that Mario updated his favorite way to tackle ED and it's a relief! Although what he previously suggested was pretty good, it was a real pain to follow... I just go'ogled the latest in Volpstein's Erections at Will, it's so much simpler and potent now!

    Great video guys.
Unfortunately ED and hypogonadal symptoms and the likes are the result of our lifestyle choices. But these can all be corrected via diet, fitness training and mindfulness. Yes obviously some men don’t have the blood flow to the penis like some others do. And unfortunately we are not all built the same. This is where mindfulness and mental health comes into play.
Hey Mike. I hope you are well! Do you guys offer diet, training and mindfulness advice along with TRT treatment? I am very sure this would all come with the Endos advice but it needs to be pushed more and not just picked up and dropped after some time. It’s a lifetime choice and sometimes not a choice. So a change in lifestyle is needed. But we all know many and if not most are looking for the quick fix instead of putting in the hard work which is unfortunate and needs pushing more and motivating of individuals is indeed needed.
    Sincere regards,
    Scott. ✌️🙏✌️
