Konami were known to be one of the best video game companies out there. They are all about quality and stylish. And it shows, this game is good. Real good. I remember playing this game when I was little, but never really knew what the name of this game was until now. This brings me back.
Man, I remember when I played and finished this game in three days (a weekend). I rented in a rental shop as "DJ Boy" in the label. The year was 1992 and I was 16 years old. The level where you have to jump between all those platforms with the spikes everywhere is a bit tasking, but with practice and repetition it's not too difficult. This game can be beaten; it's not "Battletoads hard" by any means.
The greatness of this game was in the music. The tunes are so catchy and the sampled percussion added tons of flare... but damn... the game play had the lethal combination of boring and insane difficult.

А когда случайно заметил, что нажав на селект прибавляется жизнь, oxepeли все просто. Вот тогда и прошёл игру. Без селекта удавалось дойти до катеров, полная жoпa канешь. Кстати, жизнь можно было востаналивать именно в пиратском DJ.Boy, в оригинальной игре "Зе Роллер Гейм" это не работает. Но больше всего я в шоке, что каричневая баба оказалась мужиком.
Luckily this game has some snappy tunes (I don't think i can find a Konami or Ultra game with absolute poor music)....because I picked it up for $5 a few weeks ago and decided to give it a go. It took me 5 bloody hours to finish this game!!! If it had crappy music, i would've went nuts having had to replay the levels in World 6 OVER AND OVER! But in the end, I stuck with it, and now can say I'm one of the few who accomplished this madness that is Rollergames :)
I used to do it in 15 minutes without dying once. Then many years later, my nephew saw my old dusty console and asked me to show him the game. Even if it had been years that I haven't played, I finished it again (I died some times though but finished it quickly anyway). He was impressed. One game that I finished but wouldn't finish again was Bart Simpson vs the space mutants, that game was hard! (And boring with bad controls)

And one that is based on a Televised Sport of the same name in the US. Yes, that was a thing back then.

This game was a bit hard, but fun action while using your Roller Blade....Roller Games is a forgotten underrated game for the NES.
At that time I was only 10-11 years old boy when I completed this game. Piece of cake, I am a hardcore gamer.

Yeah I even like the graphics, animations and controls but it's too damn difficult and the combat is repetitive.

Rollergames took a while with the jumps in the last two stages, but there are harder games.
