@@weirdo1548 that happens when you are shooting the footage. Set the camera to prioritize shutter speed, set it as fast as possible. So it’s much easier in post, with as little motion blur as possible.
What y'all are missing is that head tracking is making the dancing seem much cooler than it really is. Try it yourself. Film yourself doing a wack dance and lock it in head tracking. Its going to look cool. Trust me.

Try ramping up the shutter speed more, to clear up the motion blur, when you stabilize you won't have smeared frames.
