Static-X is the band that first got me into heavy music. And whilst I've since started listening to some very different but still heavy stuff I still come back and listen to Static-X every now and then. Shame there won't be more but at least one of the former members is keeping the memory alive. Thank you Nick. Great work and hopefully you'll be as, if not more, successful in any future musical endeavors.

only got to see one Static-X show, in Oklahoma City in '09, but it was one of the best shows I have ever seen and I have been to many concerts. I really admire and appreciate true musicians. your style and energy when you perform sets you apart from the rest. Static-X is my cruising home at 2 in the morning through the middle of town waking everybody up music. just give me the ticket officer.

Continued condolences in regards to - I call him Mr. Wayne or Mr. Static. At this very writing, I'm sill saddened about his passing because the song "Push It" was one of the first (of a heck of a lot of other songs) metal songs that got me to enjoying listening to metal music. I can't lie - some of his growls had me laughing, a little bit.

Yeah It sucks...but there are some good ones. There's this user Finowa who does some damn good static X Covers, and another one Mario Infantes Vocalist who does it really well, and Geoorj who does damn near exact full band covers where he plays every instrument
