columbia music club, late 1990s, need 1 more free cd choice...whos this? it got incredible reviews as a weight room, football locker room pregame. We had a winning season...
I must say I’m 45 years old and I love metal I love a lot of that hard-core Norway black metal and I love selected American metal or Wayne static made a fucking dent he took it in differently rocked his ass off rip Wayne static
Absolute legend in the Metal genre, depression is a bitch and wish someone was there for him that night. Fuck I wish Wayne was still here. I’ll never stop listening to Static X
This was the shit in high school. Everyday new bands were making great metal, and people like myself were trying to be like them, playing drums, guitar, writing songs and living the good simple life with good friends.
@@robbirobson7330Now youngers sit their asses on tik-tok, dont actually listen to music for it substance but for one hook. And basic rap make it so much worse
I’m honestly really thankful there’s footage of this because this probably some of the only that exists in terms of full song practice/recording from them
These dogs were really good, I don't know why I underrated them some years ago, now I got a second time with them I changed my mind really appreciate their music.
From a technical aspect Static-X has never been a high rated band ... But 1. Music don't have to be complex, fast as hell, to be great. And 2. When I was a kid Bands like Static-X, Limp Bizkit etc. gave me the feeling that the riffs are complex and so heavy and hard to play ....:-D (before I started to play guitar)
oh and system of a down, as well as godsmack were on that same order....a year later napster and disturbed. All the while Rage and Durst tearing up woodstock. fun times expression. mudvayne and slipknot also debuted in this era.
The bass players backing vocals seem to be an important part of their sound too, backing vocals never get any credit ( think Frusciante era chili peppers)
Wish they had played this song live more often. It's definitely in their top 5!
Absolutely magnificent, i can't get enough of Static-X!
Oshiro the best Static X drummer ever
Almost 5 years later and I still don't want to say goodbye Wayne.
Me too, bro. It’s so sad :’(
I still try to mentally come to terms with the fact that his passing took place. Man, this still sucks. 😞
@@normanneal35 i miss Wayne
:(
Just about a decade now sadly.
We are missing you, Wayne!
i listen to all types of genres, this sound is so freaking creative and sounds even better live....

Тони Кампоз классно двигается!
And now check Mudvayne "Dig" published 4 years earlier....
did they actually record completely live like this? Or is this just a rehearsal...
I think it was a rehearsal.
