@@RyanvondrakeI think if they take a year they could deliver on what the player base wants in terms of car customization options, more realistic physics, and more new cars that haven’t been featured in older games. I also think they could use the time to make create a more arcadey game that is geared towards selling kids microtransactions and driving up player base numbers by hiding every new car behind a boring playlist that forces you to grind events you don’t actually want to do. I guess time will tell😂

@@224L I think it'll be more the later unfortunately. FH5 was a low effort product (very derivative of 4 and even 3) aimed a much younger audiences. It'll be more of the same. The Forza Wing, car models from FH4, bad progression, busted physics, toy franchise tie ins, ect. It'll be a kiddie game full of micro transactions.
I'm so hyped for Tokyo Xtreme Racer to return! Never expected this to happen. The teasers look amazing and I'm glad there's some lat 90's models on show since those are such a core part of the culture this game has always tried to capture.

All these games need to be set in USA, with cities, I'm sick and tired for F-Horizon and C-Motorfest being in a damned jungle. The Crew 2 did it best, just make the USA map like Crew 2 but better. simple.
Thats the reason i didnt bought motorfest and why i dont play forza horizon. It feels boring and lifeless. Currently im playing carx and its kinda ok but i loved the crew 2 map

Ok, a couple of games that were missed that I am looking forward to. Le Mans Ultimate, it's already been out on PC for a while. The console versions are yet to be announced. I am curious as to how a proper sim racer like that will handle consoles. Probably with some caveats but they will be coming out... right when the PC version is finally fixed I imagine. Endurance: Motorsport Series, another sim racer with an interesting mechanic. I am quite cautious after what happened with Test Drive USC, same developer and publisher as that. But, I could be just a paranoid old man and it may turn out to be a good game. But who knows. Finally, there's an arcade variant of iRacing coming out next year. Same developer as Circuit Superstars apparently so it's gonna be interesting to see how this behemoth of a racing sim gets squished down into consoles.
The next NFS game that might feature that we wanted to see:
-Interior customization and dashcam.
-Dyed tyres and dyed headlight lumens.
-Garage exploration and car doors interaction.
-Dealership.
-High details character creation before starting the game.
-Realistic collision.
-Mechanic shop to repair damage and install mods alternate with garage.
-over 250 car list and tons body customization as well.
-Skill Tree.
-Level to unlocked features are available.
-Paycheque to spend some credits.
Nightrunners is sick. The music builds as you get faster. Its actually class.

Wreckcreation is literally like a polished version of Build ,N Race for the Wii but man I loved that game growing up

After seeing all the mods Wreckfest have on steam it was kind of a let down testing it out on my PS5. I will keep my eye on Wreckfest 2 though just to see what really is different.
It's a bit sad because I love those kinds of games, but modding opens up so many doors so you basically have the option of playing the game on pc and the "demo" on PS5.
We'll see...
Have to admit I've had Wreckreation in my wishlist since it was possible to wishlist, and thought that thing was dead in the water already. Haven't heard anything since, so my expectations are low.

CarXStreet, Japanese Drift Master, Assetto Corsa Evo,and Forza Horizon 6 is what I'm looking forward to (yes I'm aware that CarXStreet is already out but not for consoles) and also GTA6 developer's confirmed that GTA6 will be releasing on September 21st 2025 (350 days till it's release) so far it looks like that Forza Horizon 6 could be releasing in November 2025 (unless if Fable were to release in November 2025) then Forza Horizon 6 would definitely be releasing in 2026 but until Fable has a confirmed release date I'm standing on Forza Horizon 6 November 2025 release

I'm gona be honest, I'm in a mood to wild out and skip on GTA VI because I'm willing to bet that it's going to be by far one of the grindiest games for a long time... but who knows maybe I'm wrong, I'll have to check gameplay and strats once it comes out!
It's always been a grinding kinda came. 100% completion is a rare fete.

My honest opinion is that most of these new games are going to disappoint us (like TDUSC did), i lost all hype and excitement for modern racing games too much is being promised and too little is being delivered. What i'm most looking forward to play is TCM's new Island & NFS mobile.

GTA6 and Battlefield 6 will be the games I am playing next year and maybe Forza Horizon 6.
What suprised me most this year is CarX Street for PC, I still think for a " dumb mobile game" they done pretty good and after some updates to the economy ist a no- brainer at just 20 bucks.
I hope NighRunners also gets into Touge/ drift racing. I always wanted a mashup game of TXR and TXRDrift/ Kaido racer that has both racing styles but Genki wont ever do it...
A new Crashday game could be nice!
We need nfs underground remaster/remake. Or actual version in stores with upgraded visuals, 4k 60fps, controller support and so on

I dont care about AAA or AAAA anymore. If game is fun to me, thats AAAAA game. Hope we could get a good racing game in next year.
I love the Forza Horizon series, but it isn't at a series peak, I'd say that it occurred somewhere between 2 and 3. Player count might be at a peak, but I don't believe the quality of the gameplay and the game as a whole is at a peak. Not that FH5 is a bad game; it's great, but in a vacuum compared to the past games it feels soulless and directionless. I think that Horizon 6 will truly determine the direction, and as much as I hope it's a return to form, there's also a high chance it ends up being another storyless "how many cars can we throw at you" directionless open-world game.

Since the hope with TDU:SC is nearly gone I kinda wished the Crew Motorfest would have taken a more serious approach and be more of a Horizon competitor. The fake Oahu island and many other aspects of it just seem " too childish" for my taste...
I really hope Fm6 is gonna be good and the devs learn from the FM8 disaster. Just use the Forzatech engine, have a great map in great location and stop adding BS stuff like wheelspins and focus on a great single player......

I'm looking at all this, and then I look at TDUSC with suuuuch dissappointment
Rockstar have seriously put themselves in a pretty risky corner at this point, in a gaming market where every single game (big game) end up being is absolute dogshit, and rockstar being so secretive about GTA6 which is a sequel to a 11 year old game, they build up the hype and expectation out of GTA6 so much that no matter what GTA6 ends up being, a lot of people are STILL going to be disappointed.
Also this is also very risky for them because it is supposed to be their Magun Opus product and the most expensive media product ever to ever release by an insane margin (it’s rumored that GTA6’s development costs have surpassed 2 billion USD), if they somehow fuck it up then they are quite literally doomed.
What about NFS MOST WANTED 2005 remake!??
Gta 6 has already said it’s delayed till 2027 now
