When we didn't have to go back to that place anymore, the group just disbanded, no one talks w each other anymore. No matter how much time you spend with X person, if they are just casual encounters or fun activities but without delving into depth you aren't friends. Hololive is a workspace and obviously there are real friendships but those are few (2-3 people). These girls can talk to each other throughout their whole careers but they are not really moments where they connect beyond the superficial. So yeah, they are friends of friends
