Quebec City; probably the most beautiful downtown in North America; and Halifax; the town of my birth. Let me know if you decide to go to Quebec City, my home town for the last 35 years.

Such lovely memories being made. Thank you so much for sharing. Canada is truly an amazing place and the Canadians are very nice and good people. ❤🍁❤🐻❤
Welcome to Toronto. Thank you for highlighting the architecture. Willowdale cemetery is underrated and has a beautiful pond. Toronto has great hiking trails and food. 🥘 🍂
OMG. I wish I had known you were coming to Toronto. I would have loved to have met you in person. My home town. I actually work in the Bay-Adelaide Centre and used to live across the street from York Cemetery. I am glad you found the grave of Grand Duchess Olga. She was the younger sister of Nicholas II. She ended up in Canada after the war. And no, visiting cemeteries is not totally weird. It can be interesting seeing the graves of famous people. Hope you enjoyed your stay and found the city interesting.
After your awesome video from Portugal (Porto bwing my hometown), now you come to Toronto where I live (near Casa Loma)! Super glad for you, but sad that I didn't meet you! 😅

Very nice video of Toronto, Dasha. I’m glad you got to see the Canadian side of Niagara Falls. I had the same reaction you had: it takes your breath away.
Good video representing Toronto. Your hosts did a fabulous job showing you all the wonderful spots. Blue Mountain Resort is a great vacation spot year round. Everyone says Niagara Falls is "better" to visit and see in Canada, but that is because you are seeing the water fall in front of you and how large it is. In US, you are seeing it more from a side view. Beautiful place to visit. Happy birthday to KC! He is such a wonderful friend to you inviting u you on his travel adventure opportunities.

What an absolutely charming video! I am so happy to see you enjoying your first visit to Canada! All the spots you visited with your friends are incredible. The autumn is such a magnificent time to visit with all of it's natural beauty. Thank you for taking us along on your adventure! 💕
Thank you for the excellent video on my home town. Kudos to the excellent guides. I've actually been to that restaurant Terroni. Great place. Now I need to find that fountain. Glad the weather cooperated. A well-timed trip indeed. I'm sure you'll want to visit western Canada as well - the mountains in particular are beautiful. If you're ever back this way again, there's much more to see.

Dear Dari, I'm so glad you managed to get out of Russia safely! That country is in terrible condition, and it is very important to save & evacuate from Russia its best people. If I may ask, - are you born in Moscow? I have heard many times, that real native Muscovites are the nicest people in Russia, - most intelligent, high-educated, polite, kind, caring, charming & interesting. So far, all the native Muscovites I've met in Europe and Canada have turned out to be wonderful people.
Dari, so glad to see you up in Canada. I have visited a handful of times and ALWAYS enjoyed the sites and hospitality of our good neighbors to the North. Toronto is a wonderful city, clean, and cosmopolitan with a mid-west charm. I recommend you visit Canada again soon and experience the Francophone marvels of Montreal and Quebec City too. Both cities never disappoint. While I haven’t been to Canada’s West, a major item on my bucket list is to visit Vancouver and take the CN rail to Wistler in the Coast Mountains and then Banff in the Canadian Rockies. I’m always happy to see you on your sojourns and especially thrilled that life is on a significant upswing for you. Best always! 👍
@spacemanspiff3052 The Canadian west is a trip of a lifetime! Definitely put it on your travel list. When in Banff, go to Lake Louise and try to stay at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise and Lake Moraine. I did a tour of the area but started with a few days in Vancouver and ended with a few days in Calgary.

This is amazing video thanks so much for sharing this with me 🙏 it's always a enjoy to watch ✌️ you are still so beautiful as always Wow 😳 please take care of yourself and be safe beautiful 😍❤️✌️🤗
It's always a good introduction to watch your videos about a location. I want to go to Toronto next year, and plan to visit that 5$ wine tasting place 😍😉 In Korea, Soju is something a person should drink slowly and only a few small cups if it's the first time. It doesn't taste like a Martini, but if someone drinks it by the bottle it will hit that one like drinking a bottle of Martini alone 😛
I'm taking a break from work as I write these words, but I just had to do so because I remembered your video from Niagara Falls last year. At the time, I was hoping you would get a chance to see the Canadian side at some point and never thought you would be back just a year later! I was so excited for you that I had to stop what I was doing to watch this latest video. It would be great if you could visit the French part of Canada (Quebec) at some point and do a video from there as well. Just a thought... Now back to work 🙂
Power rangers originally used Los Angeles as their filming location for a place called angel grove. That changed when Disney took over. The series uses New Zealand specifically Auckland as their filming location.
Dari, a pity you and your friends missed the best part of Niagara Falls - the Skylon Restaurant - the food is amazing and the incredible 360 degree rotating view takes your breath away! And yes, the falls from the Canadian side outshine the one from the American side! You can’t really see all of Ontario in one visit so do come back and don’t forget my home - la belie province, Quebec. Thanks for the video! 😊
Loved your Toronto video having visited myself. Stunning tree colours in the graveyard. Great cheesy advert for sims! Niagara Falls is great. I just watched the Marilyn Munro film set there which I recommend to you as you see a lot of the attractions. Cave looked fun but tricky for big people. One. We got fast access to the CN Tower restaurant from the tourist city bus guide, bypassing the queues. It goes round as you eat your meal Excellent pretty video.
7:16 When you mentioned how they gave you extra wine, it reminded me of this one time in Canada I went to a department store to buy some cologne and the cashier just randomly gave us a $100 gift card. Canadians really are friendly.🤩 And no, we have not "seen it all before" (atleast not those places) and would have loved to see them in your vlog. Maybe part 2 soon? 😅
The city I live in…it’s good - busy & noisy, but Dari there are beautiful cities in Canada, but the incredible Parks are what you want to visit if you come back for a vacation!
Casa Loma offers lots to experience. It is amazing when it is decorated for Christmas. There are also events and escape rooms set up in the underground tunnels and rooms.
I did the same trip 4 years ago but coming from Québec City. I loved it ❤ but I didn't know about the wineries. I must go back! Thank you! And as you say when you wrap it up, there is so much more to tell! Have you been in Chinatown?
Actionkid took a bad injury in downtown Toronto. He hit a pothole with a scooter. Took a broken foot. He’s currently off a knee scooter but is using a cane to get around. Take a look around first as you never know. Actionkid is in Astoria right now somewhere.
Don't count on signs to warn you of every dangerous situation. Several years back, I was driving down Lakeshore Blvd. under the Gardiner Expressway and saw several signs warning of "Open maintenance covers" but I had never heard this term before. I had no idea if these "maintenance covers" were above me, below me or if they were some kind of drains in the pillars holding up the Expressway. I eventually found out what they were by almost driving in one! It turns out they were what we used to call "manholes", access tunnels to the sewer system. If they'd simply called them "manholes" I would have known what to watch for but the city council decided the term "manhole" was sexist and had to be replaced by a term no one knew!
I'm so glad you're still around! No surprise movies use Toronto-for-New York, it literally borders New York. Looks like a great trip with good friends and that's always wonderful. (You should see the Falls in winter, when they're FROZEN SOLID, and the place is unexpectedly quiet!)
I think London Fogs can be found in every coffee shop all over the world... especially in the UK? It's called a LONDON Fog after all... and they don't mean London, Ontario 😉you should be able to find them in New York too
London Fog was invented in Vancouver, Canada. It’s a Canadian seasonal tea that can be found in some places year round. There may be similar recipes around the world but, they’re not called London Fog.
I’ve been to Toronto a few times (to watch the NY Yankees play the Bluejays) but I had no idea Canada made their own wine! I have to try it next time 🍷.
Salmon and trout breed at the top of the ridge of Blue Mountain. They swim up fast-flowing creeks where the water isn't deep enough to cover their backs. There are a few places where you can stop on the road and watch them. The dam in Thornbury is a popular spot. The salmon try to jump it, and some reach an incredible height before hitting the wall.
Thank you very much Dari for this amazing trip to Toronto. Personally I did not believe that this city was so nice. I think that Canada is really a wonderful country and I am happy that you enjoyed this journey. Greetings from Italy and take care 🍀 💕🪻
Daria you visited a very small % of what canada offers. Canada, the second largest country in World in the northern part of North America that has an endless variety of untouched landscapes making Canada a major tourist attraction. Canada is well known for its glorified mountains and lakes, busy harbors, the extraordinary meals, secluded beaches, maple syrup and the extreme cold winters and summers. The country has some best road trip opportunities in the world. Canada has some of the world's best travel destinations and cities, perhaps it's a place you could call your home one day! It will definitly take you a lifetime to explore! ex; Banff - most photographed place in Canada, Vancouver - most popular destination in Canada, Quebec City - most French town of Canada, Tofino - top beach destination in Canada, Montreal - cultural capital of Canada, Calgary - food capital of Canada, Ottawa - capital city of Canada, Prince Edward Island - top family travel destination in Canada...
Winter is not really as bad as people think if you make a point of living in one of the milder parts of the country. Southwestern BC - Vancouver and Victoria areas - are the mildest and don't even get snow some years. Southern Ontario is usually pretty mild too. We only had to shovel snow a couple of times all last winter and I don't think it went below -10C the entire winter. Of course, that was milder than usual! But I can remember winters where we didn't get our first snow until well into January. In any case, all of Canada is livable as long as you have central heating for inside and warm clothes for outside.
Ice wine is originally from the Rhine river valley of Germany. It is now difficult to make it in Germany due to global warming; however, Canada is now a major world producer. It is typically paired with deserts.
Canadian bills are made of a special polymer (plastic); a process created by Australia. It can be washed and dried without any problem. US money is still made of paper and the most counterfeited money in the world.
Cleveland, although without the majesty of Toronto or Chicago, has the same style of architecture common across the United States Canada border. Living in my vehicle for the duration I have, not many places in country I haven’t thoroughly explored.
If the U.S.A. can come up with a good livelihood proposal for Dasha in a big Columbian city such as New York, she'll probably go with the U.S.A. The densely populated part of Canada isn't far away from the U.S.A. at all. I've worked with cross-border Canadians before, some actually commuting on a weekly schedule to stay living in Canada. Many Columbians in fact live *NORTH* (in latitude) of the core of Canada by the Great Lakes. Many of Hong Kong's people immigrated to live in Vancouver and Toronto due to the British Colonial connection and Canada's being a very accepting immigrant country for the Hong Kongers seeking to escape from the 1997 takeover of Hong Kong. Much flight capital (some, of course, was "dirty money" accumulated during the corrupt British Colonial period) went to Canada.
Grand Duchess Olga and her family lived for many years after about 1948 in Campbellville and Mississauga just west of Toronto. She visited her cousin Queen Elizabeth II on the royal yacht Britannia when she visited Toronto. The Grand Duchess died in Toronto.
Never wanted to visit Toronto as there are smaller Upper Midwestern cities that are as clean and open with parks as Toronto. I am still holding out for a trip to Montreal, Quebec City, & the Maritine Provinces. I live in the Upper Midwest and Toronto is a typical Midwestern City baring Chicago, Cleveland, and a few others. I want to see something different on my vacation. I wouldn't mind seeing the castle you went to and Blue Mountain as not much exists here that is like that. I have heard that the food is great in Totonto but it was also good in Milwaukee, WI . ( Omega, Tiffany's [ yes you can have breakfast at Tiffany's as the rock song says], and a few other family owned restraints that I can't remember) Milwaukee did lack the huge variety that Toronto had but it only has 1 million to 1 1/2 million people in the metro area. It is extremely clean , modern with some neighborhoods of well kept older structures, and has a great bus mass transportation system. Other less known Canadian trips are a drive along lake Superior from Superior, WI or Duluth. MN to Thunder Bay, I believe Ontario. I have never taken that trip but have talked to those that have driven it. You could take the Canadian Rockies train out of Vancover to ? Winipeg? Or according to various You Tube creators the Amtrack Zepher is a great way to view the American Rockies within a short time frame. I would skip the Central part of the country and fly into Denver and then take the train to San Francisco. You already drove across I-90 to get to Chicago and that is pretty much the senery clear into Denver baring the progressively dryer climate. Wasn't the scenery from about Sandusky , OH to S Bend, IN exciting, well not really. By the way the have Tony Packos hot dog resteraunt in Toledo, OH too. ( I plan on skipping as its just a hot dog) You could take it back to Denver or just fly home. That is another trip that I would like to do someday.
I long ago lost count of how many Americans say they want to ''someday'' go to Canada and often that just means Toronto or Montreal. Then they fail to do it. You only live once and if you have not been to Canada you have failed to live.
yuck who drinks Tim's ......nasty stuff there's coffee shops that roast their own ...mm.. lot better and bulk tea shops buy by the kilo best place in Canada
I hope you enjoyed the video! What other cities would you like me to visit next? 🎉

Wow! One day ☀️
I think London Fogs can be found in every coffee shop all over the world... especially in the UK? It's called a LONDON Fog after all... and they don't mean London, Ontario 😉you should be able to find them in New York too
Honestly, I’ve been to the UK several times and have never seen lol
London Fog was invented in Vancouver, Canada. It’s a Canadian seasonal tea that can be found in some places year round. There may be similar recipes around the world but, they’re not called London Fog.
What an interesting side of Canada 😁 Looks like so much fun!!! Is everyone there really kind and welcoming? 😂
I think so! 😌
I’ve been to Toronto a few times (to watch the NY Yankees play the Bluejays) but I had no idea Canada made their own wine! I have to try it next time 🍷.
It's so good! You definitely should ☀️
Salmon and trout breed at the top of the ridge of Blue Mountain. They swim up fast-flowing creeks where the water isn't deep enough to cover their backs. There are a few places where you can stop on the road and watch them. The dam in Thornbury is a popular spot. The salmon try to jump it, and some reach an incredible height before hitting the wall.
Cool ☀️
I never thought I'd see you here in my city! I hope you come back some time. :)
@@daev3000 one day :))
Thank you very much Dari for this amazing trip to Toronto. Personally I did not believe that this city was so nice. I think that Canada is really a wonderful country and I am happy that you enjoyed this journey. Greetings from Italy and take care 🍀 💕🪻
@@gabriellagirardi4741 thank you for sharing your thoughts ☀️
You would really like Quebec City. Nice video opportunity.
I'll check it out!
You have the best travel video's. They are always very interesting.
Wow, thank you! ☺️
Couldn’t go on a longer trip due to my studies this time! But definitely will visit more!
Toronto is the cleanest city I've ever visited. I even felt safe riding the subway there. 😊
@@senatorfred safe here! The subway was nice!
Some ay you should try to visit the Maritime provinces and Newfoundland - an amazing place with the best people!
@@jeanmignault3204 thanks for the rec!
Ice wine is originally from the Rhine river valley of Germany. It is now difficult to make it in Germany due to global warming; however, Canada is now a major world producer. It is typically paired with deserts.
Oh thanks for sharing!
what did you think of the homeless in Toronto ?
Less than in NYC 🫢
Canadian bills are made of a special polymer (plastic); a process created by Australia. It can be washed and dried without any problem. US money is still made of paper and the most counterfeited money in the world.
Cleveland, although without the majesty of Toronto or Chicago, has the same style of architecture common across the United States Canada border. Living in my vehicle for the duration I have, not many places in country I haven’t thoroughly explored.
You would love Alberta Dari, especially Edmonton and Calgary 👍
Definitely on my list!
just make sure canada DOES NOT steal you away from us(A)! 😥 LOVED going on this adventure with you 👍☺
Ahahahh 😅
Thanks for sharing!
Tim Horton's is more of a doughnut place
Mumbling is not exactly accurate but your use of the English language needs lots of work
I long ago lost count of how many Americans say they want to ''someday'' go to Canada and often that just means Toronto or Montreal. Then they fail to do it. You only live once and if you have not been to Canada you have failed to live.
yuck who drinks Tim's ......nasty stuff
there's coffee shops that roast their own ...mm.. lot better and bulk tea shops buy by the kilo best place in Canada
Canada copies American life, a lot. I wish Canada had some originality😢
