Great video... I'm going to try that "exposed eye" tip. I didn't even think about that. I'm a HUGE fan of the Biffle series, though. Only because where I live, everyone and their mother is throwing everything BUT a Biffle bug, and there's really no crawfish (at least that I've seen). Being from the midwest originally, the rivers/lakes that have crawfish, have crawfish everywhere. I have yet to see one anywhere here in south-central Florida. Not only that, but the Biffle Bug has a really unique look and action. Nothing looks like that, with that cupped tail, that also looks great on the back of a chatterbait, when you pull the legs off. Thanks for sharing!

Great tip! The wobble head is my go-to in milfoil and coon tail here in the North! I use a 3/8 oz with a Z-Man floating worm and let it fall to the bottom and drag it on the bottom similar to a shakey head! $$$$$

I have been using an 1/8oz swivel head with a finesse worm with great success on smallmouth. I prefer heads that you can change the hooks on in order to use a heavier weight with a smaller hook on smaller finesse baits. The menace works well as does baby rage craw I also like to use the 4'' chigger craw crazy legs or a Yum Cristie craw.

I started bass fishing back in the 80s(yeah, I'm old lol), but had to step away for a decade+ for health reasons, so now I'm starting to be able to get back into it & wow! there are so many cool new things to me. I will have to get some of these swing jig heads! I have had great success in the past on Zoom brush hogs, but mainly flipping cover with a big worm weight & a 5/0 ewg hook... gonna have to give this presentation a try!

Informative video, thanks! Strike King baits are amongst the best out there, so you got yourself a sponsor that its not hard to use and plug their baits! I know there is a baby 3" Rage bug (the regular size is 4"), and the menace grub is 4" (but there is a magnum version, still 4" but larger profile/more plastic). I've bought some supplies for the swing head but haven't had the extra time to play much with it. I need to find more rockier/hard bottom areas in my local lakes as it supposedly shines in that environment. Generally speaking would you recommend the 4" version of baits (rage bug, menace grub, biffle bug, etc. as opposed to the jr. versions, whereoffered, usually 3"?

Mr Andrew Upshaw, you could quite possibly be the hardest working individual in the fishing industry. There's good reason why your channel is exploding, you're posting more useful and valuable content than anybody else right now. I subscribed early on when you first got started and you've continued over that period of time to find relevant useful topics to help us average fishermen catch more fish. Your efforts are much appreciated. Hopefully it's providing a return for you that's worthwhile, as there is no doubt you put in a ton of time and effort into consistently producing these videos for your subscribers. Well done 👏
