How’s weddings like in your country? 💐🥂
Here in Portugal, weddings are so different! Of course there are people who prefer small, civil weddings but for example, my sister is going to marry in 2022, the normal wedding here is to book a place, a nice place to gather all the guests, you have to pay the renting of the place and the food for each person... for example, a good place costs between 7,000 - 10,000 thousand euros. Its freaking expensive but you rent it for the whole day. After the ceremony at the church or even at that wedding venue, you just start eating and waiting and eating, dancing.... the normal..... I am going to be honest, when I was little I wanted the most luxurious wedding. Now? Lets go for a small wedding, we sign the papers and lets eat Mcdonalds and off to the honeymoon. Ahahahahahahah 😘😘😘😘

When I was getting married in 2017, my younger sister told me to "don't stop smiling or you'll regret your wedding photos". It was so much work to smile the whole wedding, start to finish.
