Once back at Hogwarts, Ginny must see Madame Pomphrey for regular rehab therapy. Ginny is require to use beams for balance, as her body gets adjusted to putting weight on her prosthetic foot. She will feel incredible plain at first. But the pain will become just pressure as her limb gets used to the discomfort. After that point, she will have gotten her balance back.
In 8 to 12 weeks, Ginny should be walking will no need for crutches.
Mad Eyes comes also to give her encouragement, and share his experience as he too had to adjust to first getting his prosthetic (he later enchanted it, so it works much more like a normal leg).

It is after the 1st years, transfers student sorting, and the feast, all the Gryffindor housemates are wondering ... Who is the house Quidditch Captain this year. Most thought that it's Katey Bell, a 7th yr, who had been on the team longest, would be captain; since the twins didn't return.
That is when the Gryffindor Head of House Professor McGonagall announced that Harry Potter is the new Quidditch Captain.
Ginny and Ron are shocked, but happy to hear this. They rush Harry demanding why he didn't tell them before now?
Harry tells them he wasn't sure he wanted the responsibility; not until Ginny mentioned wanting to get back to riding a broom, so she can tryout for the team.

I have an video idea only if you like it you know in the books after the Gryffindor won the house cup that's when Harry and Ginny started dating but in this timeline i like to see Harry propose to Ginny after they won the house cup but only if you ok with it and it's gonna be a long time when that happens
