ചില RDO മാർ കാര്യക്ഷമമായി പ്രവർത്തിക്കുന്നില്ല - വടകര RDO രണ്ട് വർഷം മുൻപ് ഞാൻ കൊടുത്ത പരാതിയിൽ എതിർ കക്ഷിയ്ക്ക് അനുകൂല മായി എക പക്ഷീയമായ വിധിയാണ് പ്രസ്താവിച്ചത് എൻ്റെ വീട്ടുപകരണങ്ങളും ഫർണിച്ചറുകളും മകൻ സ്വന്തമാക്കുകയും തിരിച്ചു തരാതിരിക്കുകയും ചെയ്തു

അഛന്റെ പേരിലുള്ള വസ്തു . 4 മങ്കൾ മൂത്തമകൾ പെണ്ണ് 2-മത്തെത് ആണ് ഇയാൾക്ക് അഛൻ മരിക്കുന്നതിന് മുൻപ്പായി അഛനും , അമ്മയും , ചേർന്ന് ധനനിശ്ചയം ചെയ്തു കൊടുത്തു. അഛൻ മരിച്ചതിന് ശേഷം അമ്മയുടെ പേരിലോ ,3 മങ്കളുടെ പേരിലോ ഭൂമിയില്ല.( 4 പേർക്ക്)
. ഒരു മകന് കൊടുത്തതിന്റെ ബാക്കി വരുന്ന സ്ഥലം ഓഹരി ചെയ്ത് കൊടുക്കാൻ ആദ്യ ഭൂമി എഴുതി കൊടുത്ത മകനോട് മറ്റ് സഹോദരങ്ങൾക്കും അമ്മക്കും ആധാരം ചെയ്ത് ഒപ്പ് വയ്ക്കാൻ ആവശ്യപ്പെട്ട് ഓഹരി കിട്ടിയ വ്യക്തി ആർക്കും കൊടുക്കാൻ തയ്യാറല്ലാതെ വന്നാൽ എന്ത് ചെയ്യും?. അഛനും അമ്മയും ചേർന്ന് എഴുതി കൊടുത്ത ആധാരം അസ്ഥിരപെടുത്താൻ നിയമംമുണ്ടോ? അമ്മയെ സംരക്ഷിക്കേണ്ടതല്ലെ . ആരെ സമിപ്പിച്ചാൽ പ്രസ്തുത സ്ഥലം വിധം വയ്ക്കാൻ കഴിയും... ഭൂമിയിൽ മേൽ അമ്മയക്ക് അവകാശമുണ്ടോ ?

Society, Residents welfare association and local self government together should monitor the aged people, to confirm the resposible childrean are taking care of them, and if not, bring them under the law to keep the aged ones to live their last days peacefully..
