@@shouldyoubackit I get that! But is that a reason people shouldn't generally back it, though? If someone is asking themselves that question, that means they are interested in the genre, no? They are probably not just starting their collection.
Hey, I'm Dan, one of the designers of the game and I'm really happy to say that from our playtesting of over 400 games, we see easily 16 to 20+ hours of gameplay in the core box of OUAL alone.
I have to say I love videos like these because they help you decide whether to back or not. But in the end I usually end up not backing them because there's always some things that are not good about the game. And usually the vloggers talk about them so much I end up not liking the game.
It's cheaper than I was expecting at least. Unfortunately this feels like it would be better as a mobile game. what's the point of having multiple endings when you expect the majority to play it once? I'm going to follow the campaign to see what gets revealed but the most I would even consider is the core pledge. I think that with such a niche mechanic they should have just come to kickstarter with just that and come back with the expansions a couple of months after fulfillment.
not a game for me... interesting solution but I will save the money for a game that I will sure I will enjoy more. In any case thanks a lot for the Should You Back video
Thanks for that extremely fair and well rounded review. I am vacking too, but I believe you have put the pros and cons very well.
Thank you! I really appreciate that
Thank you again.
No problem!
I still can't get over you not recommending Unconscious Mind, but I still love the channel and its premise. I wish you success with it!
Sorry! It just didn't click for me

Scratch off is super cool in concept, but spending $42 on a one time use 2 hour experience doesn’t seem worth it. Great video. Super informative. 👍
Totally valid, I guess I’m hoping that the full campaign will last about 10 hours or more

That’s really helpful to hear thank you!
Oh dope this could actually make me reconsider
great, informative video!
Thanks!

Haha like the scratch-off elements?

This could be really cool as a mobile game actually, but I guess it could lose the co-op aspect.
Did my phone go funny or is there no sound?
I’m afraid it’s your phone :)

Absolutely valid, it definitely hits a curiosity itch for me and I like the idea, curious to see how it plays
scratch off card sounds fun... and annoying. One time use? no thanks.
It is a bit different
