PEOPLE don't get periods. Women do.
PEOPLE don't get pregnant. Women do.
    PEOPLE don't breastfeed. Women do.
Being FEMALE is not a "feeling." It isn't frilly dresses, high heels, long hair, & makeup.
I'm sick of seeing my sex erased & trivialize to accommodate everyone else.

Okay, no, but actually teach your child "tricky people" because sometimes the most dangerous people are ones they know and sometimes they need to ask adults for help, so teaching them what signs to look out for in anyone older than them is important. People aren't black and white type of good and bad like they show in kid's shows. They need to know that if an adult asks them to keep a secret or asking them for help, they are a tricky person and shouldn't be trusted. Then the kids will hopefully have the ability to think through and see the red flags of that sort of situation themselves. Also, obviously, let's continue to pull kids out of public school, there's a good trend going, let's hope it keeps up.

I think she was referring to non-binary and trans individuals. A trans person who has not undergone any medical transitioning may be capable of having a baby. And nothing inherently prevents a nonbinary individual from having a baby, assuming that they are biologically female/afab.
So in that sense, yeah not only women can get pregnant. You could say that men, that trans people can get pregnant, and that nonbinary people can get pregnant. However, one shouldnt make any of those statements without qualifiers: if we were to consider trans men men, then some men can get pregnant; not all nonbinary or trans individuals can get pregnant and have babies.

5:20 That doctor is a disgrace. I showed her to many members of my family like my sister who is a EMT, my mom a nurse practioner, my uncle who is a pulmonologist, my aunt who is a orthopedic surgeon.
They all acknowledge alongside anyone with common sense that in medicine biological sex matters. The way a doctor or any other medical professional treats a patient medically can change based on their sex. The amount of blood given to a man is different for a woman for example. No self respecting OB-GYN should ignore biology.
Call yourself whatever you want, in the end if you are pregnant and giving birth you are biologically female and a woman no matter what you say. Men and women are different. Our bone structure like our pelvic bones are different, our heart and lung size, our hormones, etc. It’s different.

    • @itsDelfi

They say it just because someone said it. It's literally INSANE.

It appears to be a conflation of the sex gender language. As someone who has worked in education, it grinds my gears because the average person doesnt actually know a whole lot on each specialized topic under the sun. By repeatedly saying people, you're opening the doors to confusion. If people are lacking the reproductive organs and/or the requisite biology, a lot of the information doesnt apply. We don't need men worrying about getting hot flashes.
I'd honestly be more fine with it if there was a disclaimer about who was being talked about when certain terms were used. If youre going to say people all the way through, clarify your people are "biologically female with intact reproductive organs not going through menopause for instance", or if its on the topic of menopause, "biological females with or without an intact reproductive system with menopause symptoms". Removing ovaries can jumpstart menopause for instance.
Then link a video to that statement clarifying what biological female means to the medical world and what a fully intact female reproductive system is.
I used the words girl/woman in teen basic female sex ed talks, but I clarified what that shit meant. I wanted any FEMALE student who was playing with the idea of nonbinary to know "woman" in that context also meant them.

As a lawyer myself, his videos use highly incendiary titles that showcase a stunning left-leaning bias he has and often his legal conclusions are merely persuasive but it's presented as if it's fact. Anyone that has gone to law school knows that the correct legal answer to anything is "it depends," but that's not the message I get from Legal Eagle's videos whatsoever. I commend him for having very professional production, but his channel is like Legal Zoom for kids. Yet his adult viewers truly take him as being prophetic on all legal answers because those answers affirm their own worldview. I'm disgusted that there are so many professionals out here that are acting under the color of their professional title to platform their own worldviews without admitting it's biased or presenting alternative views within their own field.

Nah, apparently it was "I don't feel completely feminine so non-binary justs makes more sense." Person dresses perfectly feminine, has female dominated interests, and otherwise passes as a woman with zero issues. Has zero dysphoria.

As someone who is pregnant can I just suggest that being asked what I identify as and what my pronouns are was insulting and actually hurtful as this is my first pregnancy and it feels unfair that in years past women didn’t have to experience that. Wouldn’t it be better to let the trans person tell you “I’d like to be addressed as blank” instead of subjecting hormonal women to it becos of the few who fit that category?

    • @SassyDerg

It's just like asking what your name or nickname is??? I'm sorry the hormones are getting to you, but think of it this way. They cared about you and your comfort as a patient so much that they took the time to make sure they were addressing you properly.

You can call it nice… but maybe wait till you meet me and there may have been no question what I am and what I identify as… or as I stated previously why subject every pregnant woman to this… why not have the patient say “hey just so you know I don’t identify as a woman and would really appreciate if you could put that on my file so I won’t be misgendered” that’s not the majority of pregnant women. There is a slippery slope with laws saying schools don’t have to.. then should not at all… tell parents, anything, period. Pretty soon that law will evolve to, “we the government/public schools, demand the children not speak to their parents about anything because they the government, are their parents, and are here to help”.

Are you sure that was Reagan? Sounds like something an artist, Comedian or non-evil greedy ruler would say.

@@megana5766 I didn't know she did that, but I think both of those phrases are ridiculous! I have never heard anyone else point out that we are just clumps of cells too, cause an embryo is literally just as organized as any full grown adult, both can accurately be described as a clump, though it misportrays reality. And "it's not a baby" is so ignorant, words in the dictionary are defined by use (a great example, though not a definition, is that gif is accurately pronounced both ways because people use it both ways, doesn't matter what the person that coined the term thinks) and literally everyone, upon finding out someone is pregnant, refers to the embryo as a baby. Plus, baby is literally the most vague word that can be used to describe someone's age, so it is the most illogical statement ever.

All these people, are extremely ignorant of history and don't understand the many waves of migration among different groups. Like how they ignore the Mayans and Inca were rolling kids heads down pyramid steps and decimated entire tribes we will never know about. OR how the micronesions also came and conquered both continents in the 1500s. Which is a shame that gets ignored because they were able to traverse the massive Pacific which was an incredible feat.
This narrative was actually created by the zighahnists in the 30s to take Palestine. But it is the same tactics, claim you are a nahzee, and you don't belong here, you are a criminal, etc. So these fools defend Palestine while using the same method created to seize it.
