      habits that have been built over very long periods, maybe years or decades, well they tend to hang around or come back.
      It is worth exploring and figuring this out further

    How do you address dreadful habits built over many many years ?

      You have to be intentional about creating new habits each day for 21 days. Just start with one area like health or fitness and do something to improve in that area everyday for 3 weeks. That will prove to you that the principal works and then you can apply that principal to another area you want to change. But start small.
