  • Michelle Bridges - 5 Minute Dumbbell Workout
    Here is my 5 minute dumbbell workout. You can do this if you only have 5 minutes to spare or add it to my 5 minute boxing workout if you have a bit more time. If you don't have dumbbells then pick up a couple of tin cans from the cupboard or even a couple of water bottles.
