Not gonna lie, I was worried you're gonna play Fane. Not a bad choice, but he's the most played character by a landslide. You give people an undead race and suddenly everybody wants to be a corpse. Behold Septeques playing "Ifan - a guy"! Having a shield in this game is just so dang cool and slightly op! Game never tells you that tiny bit of trivia, but Lucian is a protagonist of "Divine Divinity", first game in the series from 2002. There were 4 games that happened in-between both D:OS games. I played as always - with my custom character (don't like when someone creates a character for me to play in rpgs), and I honestly don't think I've lost much. All the benefit you get is to see your companion's quest from their perspective. Weirdly enough, knowing your tendency to ignore companion's quests, we can at least be sure you are going to do one of them. Ha! Of course you would be the one to go wrong way in a tutorial! You kinda broke it too! Beast is such a great guy, Wolgraf of Dos2, but he's hard to find. You can probably see, that dialogue responses in this game are rather odd. Though It feels like I'm the only one being extremaly annoyed by it. So unpleasant and nonsensical. BTW Not every persuasion check requires a persuasion point, so donn't give up on trying. (srill, better explained than Dos1) P.S. You start as a prisoner on the enemy ship, outside force attacks it, you land alone on a beach scavenging for companions. Sounds familiar?!
Gotta love how the Red Prince tried to kill competition at the end there 😂
The Red Prince is a breathtaking level of douchey, it's insane

Honestly I just love being "some dude" in rpgs, it's a blast!
I'm excited for this journey, and seeing what Larian have cooked together this time!
awesome first episode. I love it :D
Thank you man ❤️
Love the fact every race has an undead version as well, so cool
It's such a nice little detail!
I’m here for the journey!!!
I appreciate that!
If I remember correctly you can move items like the candle via drag and drop from your inventory directly
Hahaha probably
Loved playing this game
So maybe I’ll rekindle the love for the game and try and persuade the mrs to get the game and do a co op run
Oooh a coop run sounds fantastic!
instead of checking all the doors first, just take 5 and smash one down. And now we know why you picked the human fighter :D
Sometimes monkey brain needs to monkey smash 🤷♂️
damn you powering through it all
Sometimes the best way is through 🤷♂️
ahh the music
The tunes are immaculate in this game, I'm blown away!
