Cantilever Gate Design For Side Yards

Swinging side yard gates are problematic so I built a sliding gate instead. This is a side yard fence design that is a cantilever rolling gate, looks amazing and solves problems with broken fence posts, holding the gate open when carrying things through, rolling bicycles, etc.

This is really great work and is exactly what I have envisioned for my own fence--even down to the locinox latch! How are you liking it a year and a half in? Is the duragate hardware still quiet?

Beautiful, but more info on where to get everything, the cost of materials, and parts list or numbers would be helpful, a break down of what you did step by step, i love the end result, i need this gate
