    The sugar struggling is definitely real! Growing up, I was a finicky eater and my mom discovered that if she made it sweet, I would eat! Needless to say, I'm a Sugarholic! After 40, my metabolism slowed way down so I cut down the amount of sugar I eat each day. I make desserts for a living (of course) but I only eat half a slice of cake or cinnamon roll each day and if I eat ice cream (which I love), I eat it in a little tea cup instead of a bowl. I keep my meat, carb and snack portions small and eat lots of fruits and vegetables. I love soda but only drink it on the weekend and we only eat out or fast food on weekends too. I started intermittent fasting (nothing after 8pm) and extended my running distance to 2.5 miles 5 days a week. I didn't want to deprive myself of any of the things that I enjoy eating so, I had to rearrange things differently and eat less, instead of not eating it at all and it totally works. I'm able to keep my weight down, have no health issues and most importantly, I still get to enjoy a little bit of sugary sweets each day!!! You look Fabulous by the way and I love your videos!     That is a good point. We eat to get full instead of eating to be satisfied. We're spoiled as Americans, we have SO much good tasty food here but the portions are WAY too big. Especially in restaurants.
    I'm the opposite, if I'm stressed I can't even stomach food.
    Idk how you never showed up in my recommended before but I love your content. I thought I knew all the relaxed vloggers 🤣.

    1. Eat smaller portions
    2. intermittent Fasting
    3. Incorporate Physical activity
    4. Clean up your diet

    Very helpful. I overeat when I'm stressed. Now it's really hard to lose all this weight. I love taebo and I used to exercise with it. But now because of fibromyalgia I can't do that level of exercise anymore :(
    Can u do a detailed video about intermittent fasting?

      Hello! I definitely plan to do a more detailed video about intermittent fasting!! I would say that this is what help me the MOST with losing the weight.       Try fenugreek tea. It helps burn fat.

      I have fibromyalgia as well and most people will not understand what we go through, exercising is extremely painful

    Eat more protein too, ideally 30 grams with every meal. Don’t eat high carbs and high fat together. If you eat a high carbs meal keep your fat under 5 grams and if you eat a high fat meal keep your carbs under 10 grams. Eliminate seed oils out of your diet.

    Can you share your hair care routine when you work out? I see you’re wearing a cap in the video. How do you deal with sweaty hair after workouts?

      Hello. I am editing “a week in my hair vlog” right now and I answer this question in that video. Lol 😆 so your timing is perfect. I usually wear my hair wrapped and my net cap on when I exercise. The net cap provided good ventilation so I usually don’t have a problem maintaining my style. ❤️
