Same year, a different color and an automatic transmission behind the performance 440 motor up front. It wasn't a hemi but it was close and was the next best thing at that time. That was an unforgettable car too mostly because I got a ride or two in it!!
Nicely done. If you really want authenticity, the negative ground cable needs more than 2" of engine paint on it. Keep in mind this was hanging on the engine while it was painted and most of the cable received overspray, some all the way to the terminal end.

My ultimate car… had the chance to buy one the same color combo convert, 440 with a/c , console a/t, same white high backs… $2200 in 1988 🥲

My 69 was a Coronet 500 with the 383, but it was no slouch.
Never did find out its top speed 😅😅
A friend of mine owned and restored that car. He had 2 of the 4 69 hemi 4 speed coronet R/T convertibles at the same time. Stunning car

I think the wheels on the car were a recall they were prone to cracking so they are pretty rare
Yes, the originals, by Kelsey Hays, are commonly referred to as the "recall wheels."
