The simple answer to the title of this vlog is clearly no he doesn't, but everyone "even the best of the best" had to start somewhere, so he should be given a chance to prove himself & forge his own way in the world of coaching/management. Is it a risk, yes it is but the board have made their choice & as an "Arsenal fan myself" I have to get behind him, as do the rest of the fan base but more so the board have to give him the necessary funding & backing & the players have to swallow any pride they may have and show the respect and support for the manager who they may also, like many of us fans, have reservations about.
The task at hand "resurrecting Arsenal FC" is not an overnight fix, it's gonna be a long and arduous one but one that can be done with the right backing but I don't think we have that in the Kroenke's, let alone inexperienced coaching staff & substandard players!!!

Arteta has great potential despite being a risk.. he likes to get straight to the point and the players respect him and he has gained much more experience from when the board interviewed him 18 months ago working under pep and like you mentioned in the clip has been praised by the likes of Pochettino.

Zinedine came from Mildred B to becoming an assistant to Carlos Ancelotti and later became the head coach and again won two champions league back to back and is even one of the best Coaches around.
