    Please add a video with a more complete version of what the signer sees. You have one video that cuts off after ID verification. Once the signer uploads the documents and the notary adds signature blocks for them where they are supposed to sign show the signer signing and then a completed session. If I don't know what the signer side looks like it will be very hard to guide someone who is bad with technology through it. Thank you.

      Hi Rob, we have a new video that shows what it looks like from the signers point of view. Feel free to check it out!

    I am completely confused now as you but the notary name on the borrowers line and a seal where it doesnt belong, and no notarial wording was in the documents either?

      This is just a "Technical Demonstration" of how to use the product. Not conduct a full Notarization. Those will be coming soon.

    Question about the choosing the type of notary certificate (Acknowledgment, Jurat,...) 3:39 Is this chosen by the signer? As a notary I can't choose a notary certificate type because that would be practicing law. Can you give a little clarification?

    • @BlueNotary
      @BlueNotary  ปีที่แล้ว

      As the notary, you can't choose. Feel free to check out this helpful article: bluenotary.crisp.help/en/article/empowering-signers-to-determine-the-type-of-notarization-1r4u2ki/

    When testing with a friend, why does the system request debit/credit payment? I thought this was designed to learn the platform with a live person. Please clarify.

    • @VIRACYTV
      @VIRACYTV ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I've found that it doesn't charge anything. It's a literal simulator so that you can go through all of the steps for real, in real time. So that you don't appear confused or fall behind with a real client.

    • @BlueNotary
      @BlueNotary  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      This is correct 👍 . There is no payment requirement for going through the "Test with a Friend" feature.

    Once completed, does a copy go to the signer or the notary to send to the signer? Does the signer pay before or after?

    • @BlueNotary
      @BlueNotary  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Yes we send a copy to the signer and signer pays at the end when the notarization is complete.

    Was he the notary signing as a witness? ...and why is he, the notary, signing in the space where it says Happy Homebuyer? Also, he put the seal over verbiage. Isn't that a mistake? Please clarify!

    • @BlueNotary
      @BlueNotary  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Hi - Payouts usually go out 48 hours after completing a RON session if you are billing through BlueNotary. If you are on a Business or Pro-Hybrid account you are able to name your own price. Notaries are paid out through Stripe otherwise.

      We can't legally advise. Alternatively you can put an x strikethrough.
