If there is a spot for a middle name or initial and the signer does not have one, or the document asks for an Apt # and there is none, do you put N/A in that spot?
Do you also bring over your digital certification to the document? You add Your signature and seal to the bottom, but where do you add the certificate. When I try to add it on the document, in the session simulator, I don't see anything.
Your digital certificate is automatically encrypted inside the document upon completion. The Notary Certificate is something that you might drag onto the document depending if notarial wording is there already or not and your state guidelines. Hi there, At the moment our Script is not available to download. However, you can copy and paste into a PDF or Word document to use in your sessions. You can find the Script by clicking in the following link: bluenotary.crisp.help/en/article/script-for-live-notarization-calls-r1dmy7/
Hi, At the moment we do not have a document or article that lists in an orderly manner the checklist mentioned in this video. As for the script, you can find it by clicking on the following link: bluenotary.crisp.help/en/article/script-for-live-notarization-calls-r1dmy7/
There is an Open Call program you can search for on our site/TH-cam channel but we recommend any Notary who is serious about making this a full time job build their own client base. This is what our users who use the site the most do.
Thank you. This is so helpful.
