    Thanks. I have this exact problem with my TRP Evos, both front and back. Where do I got one of those fluid tubes to screw into my lever?

      Those are included with our basic bleed kit.

    Could you just use the TRP bleed cup with a little fluid in it at the lever instead of the tube and fluid?

      Yes you can, some prefer to use the tube so it's easier to see the bubble come out.

    Hey TRP mechs! Do you recommend cleaning and lubricating the pistons with mineral oil? Also is there any harm using shimano or other brands of mineral oil?

    • @TRPcomponents
      @TRPcomponents  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Yes, if a piston is sticking a lube exercise procedure can help. Just be sure to clean thoroughly after so no residual oil gets onto the pads or rotor. We recommend sticking with Tektro/ TRP mineral oil. Some of our athletes and customers have reported diminished performance after using Shimano or other branded mineral oils.

      Thanks for the reply, I've had the DH-R evo's for over 7 months now and I love them. My only gripe is not being able to bring the lever reach close enough for my liking. Have y'all considered designing a different lever to remedy this?

      @@harrybalsania Thanks for your feedback, the lever reach is definitely something we are looking into with future products.

    Thanks for the informative videos. But....Ugg... You put that funky fluid back in that new bottle 🤭😝.

      Technically it was all fresh oil!

    Will this cause the rotor to rub only on turns also?

    • @TRPcomponents
      @TRPcomponents  ปีที่แล้ว

      It shouldn't as the pistons will be able to move more freely after the procedure
