If you need proof, look up the marine Iron Wolf and his high rep calisthenics training, then tell me the man doesn't have mass in those legs!
When we first shutdown and I had to close my training studio, I brought 2 kettlebells home for the armor building complex. That’s what held me off until I could get back to the barbell
