If you want a little info on the music video- the concept of the song is overcoming all emotions to discover pure ecstasy/joy in performing and music. The kids are going to perform for the first time on stage and are very nervous- Stray Kids sort of represent what's going on for them emotionally. The four Chinese characters that appear in the video represent a phrase about all basic emotions like happiness, sadness, anger, joy, and slowly each disappears until only joy is left. Stray Kids are battling different situations and creatures, the alien figure is a monster from Japanese legend who would attack ships and try to sink them, they face chaos and fear etc. but keep going until everyone is dancing and sharing in the joy of the music and the kids successfully perform on stage. LALALALA is the title song of an album called Rock Star and it uses a lot of word play. The album is named 樂 Star / Rock Star. Korean uses Chinese characters a little like English uses Latin- before Korean was a written language Chinese was the language used for books etc., like Latin was before English was a written language. 樂 is a character that means both joy and music, and in Korean is pronounced like 'rak' so it sounds like 'rock', so the song represents the idea of being a rock star in both the genre of music, the attitude of freedom, and the meaning of joy in performance and music. Stray Kids are really smart writers and often use a lot of word play like this that can use different languages too. Kpop is a really cool area of music that focusses heavily on performance and general entertainment (a lot of groups have youtube series that are like fun variety shows, vlogs, behind the scenes, dance practices). BTS and Blackpink were groups who first helped it majorly break into the western mainstream and start being respected more, Stray Kids are part of the 4th generation of kpop (BTS and Blackpink are 3rd generation so a little older) and are really beginning to make a name for themselves globally. They are super prolific. There are quite a few kpop groups who will have members who write or produce for the group but Stray Kids has three core producers in the group (3racha) and all of the 8 members have written songs, with several taking up production recently too. Stray Kids debuted in 2018 and since then have released about 17 Korean language albums/projects and 4-5 Japanese albums/EPs. Aside from that they have a youtube series called 'SKZ Record' and 'SKZ Player' which include songs (or sometimes dances) they write solo or in pairs/more just to practice and experiment with songwriting, they're youtube only releases (though they collected most of them on an album called SKZ Replay they dropped last Christmas as stream only but have released quite a few more since then). Some even have MVs. They're a really special group, very creative and flexible, they've made a song in almost every genre of music and like to experiment. They're known for coining their own genre 'mala' and they really are at the forefront of developing music and expanding the sound of kpop. I highly recommend checking out their music more if you liked this because there are so many gems to discover. They just dropped an MV for 'Megaverse' (another song on the album) this week, could be a good place to start. Glad you enjoyed LALALALA :)
You are awesome! This was very well thought out and well written! Thank you so much for this history lesson. I love learning about K-Pop. Let’s keep going!
@@boywonderreactsskz is the next huge thing. They're taking over. One of our slogans as STAY (stray kids fandom name) is STRAY KIDS EVERYWHERE ALL AROUND THE WORLD!🎉
Thank you for educating & NOT criticizing new listeners , who are future fans &:consumers. Educating creates camaraderie , good vibes & intrigue. Negative criticism, destroys the unique, ":rabbit hole" effect, which is enchanting, fantastic & very exciting & nobody should be blocked or turned off , from that beautiful & breathtaking journey. Encouragement, not discouragement. Thank you again . Namaste🙏🏼
wait so that's what this music video is about? Damn that is super relatable then, I've been performing my whole life and I know exactly what that feeling feels like.
Dude, if you want a brain explosion, then check out their songs: S-class, MEGAVERSE, Super Bowl, Thunderous, Maniac, Venom, Freeze, Domino. It's a rabbit hole, bro. I'm sure you will join the huge fan base of this group. By the way, the fandom is called Stay, so I hope to welcome you to Stayville. We are looking forward to the next reactions.
@@boywonderreactsStay are in general a very wholesome group from what I've experienced! I've never encountered anything but welcoming and warmth from the fandom, and the fandom really reflects the group. (Obviously there's always toxic fans, just like any fandom, this is just my general experience)
Also, SKZ are self-produced and have a MASSIVE discography especially considering they've only been together for about 5 years STRAY KIDS WORLD DOMINATION!
what, this is their seventh year! their survival show was in 2017 and thats the year they released hellevator, then their debut track district 9 was released in 2018
You’re half right… BTS and Blackpink were huge in bringing western eyes onto kpop. A lot of Stay get a little defensive when Stray kids are compared to other groups, but our guys went through a lot to make their path their own, and they mean something unique and special to us. They just had their 4th consecutive billboard #1 album, and won the BBMA for best kpop album. They also won a VMA earlier this year too.
As a 2nd gen kpop girly, I would say 2NE1, Big Bang and Psy put Kpop in the eyes of western media. I heard Psy in american clubs before BTS was even a thing. I was so excited when I saw 2NE1 play in NYC and Big Bang in Jersey! Of course, I'm not saying BTS didn't help globalize; I'm happy Kpop is now widely accepted and loved. I was made fun of for liking Kpop and Jrock growing up! All things aside, what I'm trying to say is that I really feel 2nd gen doesn't get the credit they deserve. Girls Generation, BOA, Big Bang, TVXQ, SHINee, etc., PS: I'm a STAY but I'm a multistan and loveeeeeeee and support all groups. :)
@@pazgreatfindsKpop was a meme before Bts. Psy was called Chinese singer in most countries . Bts literally opened kpop to the world. I'm a Stay too but not butthurt so I can confidently say that Bts in fact paved the way
@@MingyuScoupsDKHoshi I’ve been listening to Kpop since the early 2000’s, and I can say with confidence that Kpop was NOT a meme. Again, I’ve heard Kpop in the clubs, seeing Big Bang and 2NE1 play sold out shows in the states…. but whatever helps you sleep better at night, I guess.
Kpop started in the early 90s! The first group was called Seo Taiji and Boys in 1991. The first company to produce both boy groups and girl groups was SM Entertainment which was founded in 1995. JYP Entertainment (Stray Kids' label) was founded in 1997, in contrast Big Hit Entertainment (BTS's agency) started in 2005.
Yes! thankyou for your comment I've been listening to K-pop since 2003 & it makes me facepalm/wince whenever someone thinks BTS is the "starting point" (I will give them credit for making K-pop more known tho, because ever since they hit the American market people know what I'm talking about & don't think I'm crazy & just making things up)
6:21 “these guys have 10/10 energy” I got to see them in California in 2022 and this couldn’t be more true! The concert was in Kia Forum and lasted over 2 hours, and their stamina was insane! They did 30 songs, performed choreo for around 20 of them, and were still bouncing all over the stage at the end! And despite the concert ending around 11pm, the leader, Bang Chan, still did a livestream around 1am and talked happily about the concert with that kind of giddy-tired energy. I can’t wait to see them perform live again, especially with their new songs!
Stray Kids are next level. The majority of their music is hard and aggressive. Changbin who started the rap is the best rapper in kpop, and I think outside of it imo. He along with Bang Chan and Han write and produce all.their music. They are one of the only kpop groups thst self produces and one of the only groups that wasn't formed by the company but by Bang Chan himself. Check out Megaverse, TOPLINE, S-Class, God's Menu, Maniac, Thunderous, Venom, Freeze, Easy, Domino
i will say you will never hear something like skz songs in Kpop that's why it was hard for them because their songs were new to Koreans. but now we all love how uniqe they are. thankl you for the reaction
Dude I told you to react to them like a month ago 😂😂 Debuted 3/25/2018 Felix (blue hair) has the deepest voice in the industry. He also has a really nice falsetto. His range is insane. They are ages 22 - 26 They are unique for several reasons... First, the leader Bang Chan was allowed by JYP to hand pick all of the members himself. They were not placed together in a traditional way, by the company. Second all of them are all arounders. They can all sing, rap, dance, produce and write. Third, they have written and produced about 99% of their music. While they can all do everything they do have 3 different subunits... 3Racha... Bang Chan, Chang Bin and Han which are the main producers. They are always credited as 3Racha Danceracha... Lee Know (he is a former backup dancer for BTS and in charge of leading dance practices), Felix and Hyunjin Vocalracha... Seungmin and I.N While the songs are hype they always have significant meaning to them. Their lyricism is always insane. Since they are so experimental their sound has its own genre and they have a very diverse discography. Example... Gods Menu, Back Door and Case 143 all completely different sounds.
Also it all originated with 3racha. Chan found Han and Changbin predebut and they started producing their own music and putting it out on soundcloud (without the companys approval of course, they were quite the rebellious teenagers 😂). I dont know if Chan was tasked with forming his own group before or after finding 3racha but either way they were the core around which skz was formed. And 3racha isnt just a producing unit, they are also heavily hiphop influrenced and whenever they make a song for just them 3 its almost always hiphop. Bang Chan, the leader, helped out more in the vocal department since thats what the group needed but whenever hes with 3racha he lets his rap side out.
Even for a group that has only been around for under 6 years and who are all under the age of 26, their talent is just next level. Stray Kids are self-produced with a discography of almost 200 songs from every genre, so there is somethinf for everyone in every age group! Each member can sing, rap, dance, and write their own music. I'm the old lady Stay (fan of Stray Kids) who loves all music and only recently fell in love with kpop. Stray Kids now dominates 95% of my listening, kpop in general about 4% and western music only taking up some of my playlist time. Welcome to Stayville!
Lol...I'd class myself as an old lady stay too!😂 My daughter got me into them about 3yrs back now and they pretty much own my playlist! Hope you've also had the privilege of seeing them live...if not I hope u get the chance!
@@temeculahulamom Nice!! 2x times for me...but not enough can't wait for another chance but I'm worried next time round is going to be extremely hard to get tickets so fingers crossed!
@cassc23 my daughter and I were lamenting over this fact. We love that they have found more popularity, but that just means it will be so much harder to get tickets at a reasonable price in a section that isn't out in the pasture!
@boywonderreacts stray kids are self produced group. They write 99.99999% of their albums. My humble opinion they are 10x better than XXX they are unique and don't follow the same sounds as other groups. Enjoy the ride!!
You're going to like Stray Kids. So unique, so versatile and multitalented. They fall into different genres and that's what i like about them. They have different sounds, variety of great cool songs/mv's. These guys are lyricist! I recommend some new songs MEGAVERSE, TOPLINE, S-CLASS and several older songs GODS MENU, THUNDEROUS, BACK DOOR, CHEESE, MANIAC, VENOM, DOUBLE KNOT, EASY. Also DOMINO but this does not have an mv, but their dance practice video is A+!!! They can dance!!!!!
The song is about defeating his stage fright and simply feeling the pure joy (락). To put it simply. 😊And your reaction is the best example 😄 it was fun to watch you. Thanks for reacting and welcome to Stayville (the fandom of Stray Kids is called Stay) 😊😉🫶🏼 Stray Kids everywhere around the World you make Stray Kids Stay ❤️
Love seeing somebody get hit by a Bintro for the first time ever LOL The 8 kids are supposed to represent SKZ, the Chinese characters you see disappearing throughout the video are all the negative emotions like fear, sadness, worry etc. until all that's left is the joy of performing and being on stage. You'll notice one disappear whenever the monster tries to get them but their "sound" blocks the monster. The kids represent the stage fright and fear SKZ had when starting but now all that's left for them is pure joy in doing what they do. Enjoy your journey into SKZ, they are by far the best K-Pop band out there atm, and the fact they do it all themselves makes them just next level. Bang Chan and 3Racha (Bang Chan, Han, and Changbin) are currently up for best production/arrangement awards in the KPop industry awards.
Stray Kids are known for their high energy, genre switch ups and creative lyricism/wordplay. They also have slower songs where all members showcase their vocals. If you are curious to the meaning of this MV, I believe the video speaks to facing anxiety, stage fright and overcoming these inhibitions once they start performing. The monsters are the personification of emotions like stage fright and anxiety. Each scene represents a different emotion the children may be facing during the performance (and probably emotions SKZ members can relate to in their personal journeys). These emotions are represented by the Chinese symbol in the background of each scene - Happy (bank scene), Angry (pirate scenes), Sad (domino scene) Joyful / Pleasure (Mad Max scene). These characters dissolve over the MV leaving Pleasure as the remaining emotion. Most fans assume the band are the past child versions of stray kids coz there are 8 of them. The choreo ends with SKZ giving the “I love you” hand sign to the younger kids, like saying “I love you” to their past selves.
Since I watched my first Stray Kids song (Maniac) I've fallen in love with this band, their music is incredible, there's not a single song that I don't like, I've never felt that way for a band, like for example Backstreet Boy band or New Kids on the Block I liked but there were a lot of songs that I didn't love, Recently I bought my first 2 Stray Kids albums: 5-star and Rock-star, there's no age to love kpop I'm 46 years old and love kpop
Going back and re-watching all these Stray Kids reacts post S-Class and there is something oddly satisfying in watching someone become a member of our fandom in real time~ I feel like it would be fair to call yourself a STAY
Stray Kids have an insane number of great songs you could react to. It's comeback time right now and they just dropped this album. If you end up liking them you might try Ateez too. They're similar and have a new album coming out December 1st. Glad you're checking them out. Stray Kids is awesome.
BTS is third generation kpop Stray Kids 4th but Stray Kids are unique because they play all genres of music from rap,to rock and even country!! Welcome to The Stray Kids experience and thanks for your reaction.
LEEETS GOOO STRAY KIDS!!! THESE GUYS ARE 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 Self produced, and all of them sing, dance, and rap. (And almost all of them play at least one instrument) Fun facts about the mv: There were at least 150 people in that mv. And it took I believe 3 days (at least) to film. Stray Kids are the real deal and mega talented! Highly recommend checking out their discography. Thanks for this video and I look forward to seeing more 🙏
I think you'd love seeing them perform this live. In korea, they have a lot of tv music shows that give out awards each week, so when a new album comes out groups spend 2-3 weeks promoting by going on as many shows as possible performing live. Stray Kids have said this song is possibly the hardest they've ever had to perform, because it doesn't go from 0-100, it goes from 100-200 😅 there's no rest time during the song, during the rehearsal videos you can hear them screaming from tiredness trying to get through it. But the performances they've done in the last few weeks are truly insane, they are doing such a fast and difficult dance while singing and rapping, and Hyunjin has been putting this really good harsh growl on his vocals. It's fantastic to see and I think you'd really love it
Storyline is emotional battle in the kid’s head. Pirates, Anger, attacked Clowns, Joy, then Rock Band, Pleasure blew up both and took out Snow, Sorrow. I imagine a little kid getting Joy at learning to play instrument but gets sad and angry having to go on stage but gets a lot of pleasure out of the applause so in the end he’s left with pleasure.
So for the music video: each scene the stray kids members are in represents a different emotion (joy, sadness, anger, fear), that the kids feel about their performance. Throughout the song three of the emotions disappear as the kids get over their stage fright, leaving only joy.
Bangchan is their leader and produces, writes, composed and arranges all of their music and he's rlly talented! Changbin and Han also take part in the songwriting. They truly are gems!!
Careful Stay. Chan does not do everything. Stray kids as a whole group do write 99% of their lyrics, as a group they do create the melodies for their vocals 99% of the time, but when it comes to the production of the instrumental beats Bang Chan only actually does so with some help from other producers about 60% of the time. This song in particular, the beat was created by Versachoi, Bang Chan, Kevin Gomringer, Tim Gomringer, and Luis Bacque in that order of most to least input. Bang Chan and Stray kids work with plenty of producers to create their beats. Producers like Versachoi, Jun2, Millionboy, HotSauce, Restart, Nickko Young, Earattack, Trippy, chAN's, DallasK, Armadillo and many more.
@@BeccaFaye1314 bruh.. just look at the credits? Bangchans name is everywhere. You can ´t say the whole group produces their songs together, because bangchan has written 168 songs while other members "only" have written around 10-20. So yes i can say that bangchan and 3racha mostly do everything when it comes to production, composition and songwriting :)
@JulaHockey I looked into what the credits mean. Lyrics are self-explanatory. But in K-pop, composition credit means something a little different than what people seem to think it means. Composition is primarily credited to those who create all the vocal notes and vocal melodies of the song. Composition can also include those who create the instrumental melodies of specific instruments, like piano. But when giving out the credits, the producers who created the vocal melodies always get first credits for composing, and instrumental melodies get secondary. Unless of course a producer works on both, then they get top credit. Arrangement is where they give the credits to the producers who actually create the percussion and base of the beat, as well as everyone who makes the choices for what instruments are going to be used to make the music.
@JulaHockey that being said, I have analyzed the credits thoroughly. What I found is about 47% of their music the beats are arranged by other producers without any input from Chan. I literally have a list of all of those 82 songs Chan did not produce the beat for. I also have lists of songs where there are other lyricists credited, a list of songs Chan had no input in at all, a list of the songs that the group produced without any help at all, a list of songs where another producer does get more credit for composing, a list of songs that had no members credited with composing or arranging at all. I deep dived the credits and what they mean.
First and for most K-pop has been around since 1992 with the first male group called Seo Taiji and boys debut that year. I am sure western music had been an inspiration for the Asian culture that helped spark the crazy of k-pop. I know that in the beginning k-pop based a lot of their entertainment after Michael Jackson. This m/v was about fears and anxiety you feel and yes the kids were a smaller version of stray kids. The message you are the creator of your own anxiety and just feel the music let everything else go. Feel the joy in the music, once you pass the anxiety and fears. Thank you for reacting to Stray Kids. What sets them apart is they are self producing group, and the leader Bang Chan hand picked the members before the company put them through a reality show. The members named the group and they named the fandom Stay. they have the best transition in an m/v and best m/v, they usually release mini movies before each comeback and because they produce their own music they love to experiment with genres, beats, melody and unique sounds, and they drop more albums per year and usually have more music videos for each album. They are rap heavy but they all have amazing vocals as well. Stray kids puts out a lot of content and they really love to show their love for their fandom. Another fact is 2 members are from Australia Bang Chan the leader who trained for 7 years since the age of 13 years old and Felix (blue hair) was born in Australia. When he moved to Korea at age 17 years old he only new out to count numbers in Korean. He has the deepest vocals and stays love to hear him sing or rap. He has the look of an angel with sunshine aura with a devil voice. Felix also has a wide vocal range from high to low. Felix is also the Korean ambassador for Louis Vuitton and does a lot of modeling. He was the first male k-pop idol to be on the GQ Korea magazine cover. Lee Know (pronounced like the English word Know). Lee Minho is his real name it ryhms he use to be a back up dancer for BTS in 2017 before debut with Stray Kids on one of their Japanese tours. Hyunjin is the Korean ambassador for Versace's. I hope you continue to ride the wild ride with Stray Kids. They have some amazing music and videos and fun group of guys to get to know. Check out the latest b-side m/v Megaverse.
Careful, they are not fully self produced technically. They write the lyrics for 99% of their music and come up with the melody of their vocals 99% of the time, but they only actually produce their own beats about 60% of the time. They do work with plenty of other instrumental producers like Versachoi, HotSauce, Millionboy, ReStart, Jun2, and plenty of others. I can explain why I came up with these numbers if you are interested. This song in particular the beat was created by Versachoi, Bang Chan, Tim Gomringer, Kevin Gomringer and Luis Bacque.
@rebeccashepperd6773 their names always come first in the credits list, meaning they contribute the majority. And they still do the producing, whether they get assistance or not, meaning they are self produced.
@LUMI_MBB_STAY So the way K-pop credits work is a little confusing. Lyrics are purely for lyrics. Composing is a combination of the vocal melodies and instrumental melodies, with whoever created the vocal melodies getting the first credits typically. Then arrangement refers to who actually comes up with the instrumental sounds of the beat. The way Stray kids make their music is by having the beats mostly already finished and then writing the lyrics and creating the vocal melodies to go on top of the beat, then add tons of adlibs and noises like sirens and such on top. When they give the credits they give the credits of who created the beats as arrangers for all the percussion and base of the beat, and then whoever created the melodic instrumentals of the beat gets added to composing. But the reason 3racha always have the top spot in composing is because they consider whoever created the notes and melodies of the vocals as the primary composers. So that is why for Lalalala in particular here, we see all of 3racha as first in composing, because they created the vocal melodies of the lyrics they wrote, and then Versachoi, Kevin, Tim and Luis are also credited on composing for helping Chan create the instrumental melody, and than arrangement refers to everyone who specifically worked on creating all the percussive instrumentals and chose which instruments and such to use to create the beat.
@LUMI_MBB_STAY also, I never said they aren't self produced, I said they aren't fully self produced. They do get other producers to create the base of beats for them about 40% of the time, and then add on to it, but get the first credits on composing because composing gives precedence to vocal melodies, and than confuses people who haven't dug deep into the production of k-pop music and what the credits mean. But if you look at arrangement credits, which like I said, arrangement is where they actually choose all the instruments to use to create the beat and instrumentals, then Bang Chan is only credited about 60% of the time, and not always first.
The music video for their b-side track Megaverse was released this week, you should check it out! 3 of the members are the main producers and lyricists of 99% of their music You should also check out S class and their performances at the VMAS and Billboard Music Awards (sorry if my comment is repeated but youtube showed me it didn't post lol)

It's so good. Thank you for your reaction! Stray Kids are amazing! Please more Stray Kids. Watch S-Class, Topline, Freeze, Social Path, Thunderous and God's Menu
Even if it's BTS that you started to know Korean idols, Korean idols have already made very high-quality songs, dances, music videos, and Stray Kids are making their own music
If you want to see the K-pop legends and kings that would be bigbang! They are 2nd generation but that still doesn’t erase the fact that a lot of things that’s considered normal in K-pop rn is because of them, they are the manual and considered the idols of idols since they have inspired so many idols to become idols
the K-pop groups its kinda sort to generations. BTS is 3rd gen and Stray Kids its 4rth. K-pop has great groups from 2nd gen which is nice to check.some of them r Shinee,Big Bang,Girl's Generation, T-ARA and many more... there r songs that u probably heard and never realise its kpop
I can see STAYs in this video going wild lmao If you want more good Stray Kids songs to react to, here are some: Maniac Thunderous God's Menu Venom Charmer S-Class Also fun fact: Stray Kids had 9 members when they debuted, but Woojin, one member, left the group.

For the music video, I’ve sort of interpreted the monsters looking out over the kids as a form of stage fright. The marching band kids are younger versions of skz members, representing their 2018 debut selves, and the monster disappearing at the end (along with stage fright) and their current selves, now confident, looking at the kids and how far they’ve come.
This SKZ comeback is killing me and I'm here for it, as one of my wreckers aka Han ( I tried to keep him on a tight leash but he broke from it lol) has joined my other two biases Felix and Hyunjin (now i have 3) and my wreckers wrecker Lee Know has joined Changbin as a wrecker. I am in love with the pirate\purge theme throughout the MV as its more like they are trying to show people no matter what they wont change as they give people like me hope that we can just be who we are. the lyrics are also amazing as ever as I had ever since the teaser, lalalala la lalalala stuck in my head when I wake up and wen I go to sleep. The beat is also super catchy as its a beat that's the type to get you hyped up and ready for anything. On a side note i love Han wearing the clown mask as I could tell it was him just by looking at his eyes. also I just wanted to say i love the choreo and learning it myself and i also love the rapping and vocals in the song aswell. also i love the rock sound as if it wasnt for kpop i wouldnt be into rock type music at all and talking bout the music i love the drums and the guitars also i love how chaotic but natural it all looks.
Thank you for reacting to the only kpop that i enjoy, stray kids are soooo crazy it's insane.... try the B side tracks and their music that don't have any videos. I tend to prefer thosse myself tbh.
Thank you for your reaction! I loved kpop because of Stray kids, their style, charisma and music are so catchy and unique for me. Although now I know many Kpop songs and groups, only their music for me is the best) Yeah, BTS has did a lot for KPOP industry but there were many other groups before them, but they were the ones who allowed kpop to become super popular in the west (and Blackpink too)
"The Thunderous ones are here!" Hey! Thank you for your reaction my friend! This is the title track of their last cameback that just dropped 13 days ago! If you enjoyed it you should also check out some other really good music that they have such as S Class, Megaverse,Topline, Maniac, Venom, Frezze, Thunderous, God's Menu, Domino, All In, Social Path.... Etc. Believe me my friend... The list could continue forever cuz they're discography is no skipping song at all. Every song that you will listen will blow your mind for sound, lyrics, visuals, choreography, words play.... Plus they're self-produced from sound to lyrics and they are very involved in to creating the choreography as well. And also have excellent acting skills! They are amazing and i guarantee for an excellent experience 100% Cannot wait to see which one you choose!! 💥 💙S͓̽t͓̽r͓̽a͓̽y͓̽K͓̽i͓̽d͓̽s͓̽💙 everywhere all around the world!
Omg thank you for this reaction. I’d LOVE to see more reactions on Stray Kids (will pray for reaction on Megaverse) Stray Kids or SKZ are self produced group which is not common in K-pop. They have 3 subunits: 3RACHA (three-racha; Bangchan, Changbin, Han. 3RACHA’s a predebut rap unit, they also are the main producers of skz), DanceRacha (Minho, Hyunjin, Felix) and VocalRacha (Seungmin, I.N). Although they have “producing/rap”, “dance” and “vocal” units all members can rap, sing and dance incredibly! Thank you again for your reaction!❤️
The shadows are meant to represent "stage fright" and when stage fright is over...all you feel is pleasure. As said by LeeKnow when they reacted to their own video and the producers said that he had nailed it.
If you want a little info on the music video- the concept of the song is overcoming all emotions to discover pure ecstasy/joy in performing and music. The kids are going to perform for the first time on stage and are very nervous- Stray Kids sort of represent what's going on for them emotionally.
Glad you enjoyed LALALALA :)

what, this is their seventh year! their survival show was in 2017 and thats the year they released hellevator, then their debut track district 9 was released in 2018
You’re half right… BTS and Blackpink were huge in bringing western eyes onto kpop.
I see what your saying! Thank you for this comment!
Girls Generation, BOA, Big Bang, TVXQ, SHINee, etc.,
PS: I'm a STAY but I'm a multistan and loveeeeeeee and support all groups. :)

I needed this information, thank you! I didn’t know it started in the 90s?! That’s awesome!

Yes! thankyou for your comment I've been listening to K-pop since 2003 & it makes me facepalm/wince whenever someone thinks BTS is the "starting point" (I will give them credit for making K-pop more known tho, because ever since they hit the American market people know what I'm talking about & don't think I'm crazy & just making things up)

30 songs and performed choreography for 20?! That’s insane!
Thank you for this wonderful comment!
You've got to react to these first. They're goes HARDD. i think you'll like them
I love Changbin but he's not the best rapper in kpop (but definitely one of the best for sure) and especially not outside ouf kpop
Yeah do check out these songs first they're literally the best ❤️🔥 but the thing is their isn't a single song of SKZ that isn't good 🤭😍💯
Changbin is not the best rapper in kpop pls. He's one of the best. I prefer Han tho
i will say you will never hear something like skz songs in Kpop that's why it was hard for them because their songs were new to Koreans. but now we all love how uniqe they are. thankl you for the reaction

Dude I told you to react to them like a month ago 😂😂
Debuted 3/25/2018
Felix (blue hair) has the deepest voice in the industry. He also has a really nice falsetto. His range is insane.
They are ages 22 - 26
They are unique for several reasons...
They are always credited as 3Racha
Danceracha... Lee Know (he is a former backup dancer for BTS and in charge of leading dance practices), Felix and Hyunjin
Vocalracha... Seungmin and I.N
While the songs are hype they always have significant meaning to them. Their lyricism is always insane.
Since they are so experimental their sound has its own genre and they have a very diverse discography.
Example... Gods Menu, Back Door and Case 143 all completely different sounds.
Well explained.
Sorry! I got a lot to react to!😫
But hey, thank you for this informative break down of the group! I really appreciate it!
@@alinasmith5737 yes there is so much I just try and keep it simple 😂
Even for a group that has only been around for under 6 years and who are all under the age of 26, their talent is just next level. Stray Kids are self-produced with a discography of almost 200 songs from every genre, so there is somethinf for everyone in every age group! Each member can sing, rap, dance, and write their own music.

Love seeing somebody get hit by a Bintro for the first time ever LOL
The 8 kids are supposed to represent SKZ, the Chinese characters you see disappearing throughout the video are all the negative emotions like fear, sadness, worry etc. until all that's left is the joy of performing and being on stage.
What an amazing break down! I needed this information! Thank you so much!
LOL I love you, had such a huge smile seeing how you enjoyed Stray Kids that you are forgiven for thinking BTS started this.

LEEETS GOOO STRAY KIDS!!! THESE GUYS ARE 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Self produced, and all of them sing, dance, and rap. (And almost all of them play at least one instrument)
Fun facts about the mv: There were at least 150 people in that mv. And it took I believe 3 days (at least) to film.
Stray Kids are the real deal and mega talented! Highly recommend checking out their discography. Thanks for this video and I look forward to seeing more 🙏
I appreciate this kind comment, thank you !
It's fantastic to see and I think you'd really love it
It sounds like Stray Kids put there all into their performances! I respect how much time and effort they put in!
What a wonderful way to put it! Thank you for commenting!
So for the music video: each scene the stray kids members are in represents a different emotion (joy, sadness, anger, fear), that the kids feel about their performance. Throughout the song three of the emotions disappear as the kids get over their stage fright, leaving only joy.
I knew their was a deeper meaning! Thank you for this!

Bangchan is their leader and produces, writes, composed and arranges all of their music and he's rlly talented! Changbin and Han also take part in the songwriting. They truly are gems!!
Love this comment!
They're the Gem of 4th Gen. k-pop 💎❤️

Skz is a fully self produced self song writing group! They are so unique in every way. Thank you for checking them out! Their music is INSANE!
Thank you for the kind comment!
Can’t wait for more Skz!! You are going to LOVE themmm

Thanks for reacting to Stray Kids! Welcome to our Stray Kids hot megaverse!!
Half clicked on this video bc I love skz reactions, half clicked bc I instantly recognized that I have the same shirt
If you want to see the K-pop legends and kings that would be bigbang! They are 2nd generation but that still doesn’t erase the fact that a lot of things that’s considered normal in K-pop rn is because of them, they are the manual and considered the idols of idols since they have inspired so many idols to become idols
Big Bang is a great group! I should definitely react to some of there songs!🙌🏼 thanks for commenting!
PPOP KINGS SB19, A WORLD CLASS FILIPINO TALENT.🇵🇭🇵🇭🇵🇭
Your reaction is so genuine and uncensored. I love it.
Stray Kids is truly one of the best groups out there
the K-pop groups its kinda sort to generations. BTS is 3rd gen and Stray Kids its 4rth. K-pop has great groups from 2nd gen which is nice to check.some of them r Shinee,Big Bang,Girl's Generation, T-ARA and many more... there r songs that u probably heard and never realise its kpop

They are so awesome! Stray Kids are very talented and unique! Can’t wait to react to more!
Wonderful perspective! Thank you!
Can't wait for your other reactions of my boys stray kids ❤ they're amazing!!!
Agreed!
Strya kids actually formed themselves but had a survival show under the same name to prove they were ready to debut as a group
Love this comment, thank you!
never(?🤣) too late to fall in love with those cuties❣️ welcome 💗
Thank you for reacting to the only kpop that i enjoy, stray kids are soooo crazy it's insane.... try the B side tracks and their music that don't have any videos. I tend to prefer thosse myself tbh.
I also recommend listening to Ateez "guerrilla" or "Bouncy"🤘🏻🤘🏻❤️
what i think the backstory is that stray kids is the kids consciousness' and the monsters is what is causing them to be nervous
You are going to continue to love and be amazed by stray kids, I can feel it! They are incredible.
Can't wait!
FANTÁSTICOS ASOMBROSOS
STRAY KIDS VERDADEROS
REYES💯🌠👑🔥🏆💛💪
Thank you for your reaction! I loved kpop because of Stray kids, their style, charisma and music are so catchy and unique for me. Although now I know many Kpop songs and groups, only their music for me is the best)
Yeah, BTS has did a lot for KPOP industry but there were many other groups before them, but they were the ones who allowed kpop to become super popular in the west (and Blackpink too)
Amazing comment, thank you!😁
"The Thunderous ones are here!"
Hey!
They are amazing and i guarantee for an excellent experience 100%
Cannot wait to see which one you choose!! 💥

Thank you!😁
Lmao o waterbed this reaction on TikTok it was soo funnyy
Omg thank you for this reaction. I’d LOVE to see more reactions on Stray Kids (will pray for reaction on Megaverse)
Stray Kids or SKZ are self produced group which is not common in K-pop.
I appreciate this awesome comment, thank you!😄
Thanks for reacting to Stray kids ✨🔥
And thank you for commenting!
The shadows are meant to represent "stage fright" and when stage fright is over...all you feel is pleasure. As said by LeeKnow when they reacted to their own video and the producers said that he had nailed it.
Youre gonna enjoy exploring stray kids music! They always go hard and their sound is very unique and diverse! More stray kids please ❤
