I do stride with the opposite LH circles! Your way risks breaking your little finger between black keys as it slides down at surface level. You do it my way at 42.50.
I checked and did not see me doing the opposite direction of wrist circles in the LH. I know some people do the opposite direction; to me it doesn't exist in the technique of wrist circles.
@@barnivOom-pah is phrased long-short. The bass note must be held long enough to catch it in the pedal, then the chord is played staccato. So it is quite natural to do the down-up wrist action for the oom-pah. When you say it doesnt exist in the technique, are you referring to a set method?

Yes, I'm referring to wrist circles, they move in only one direction: down - out - up - in.@@ExpressStaveNotation
