  • Hello there! 👋 The Burmese speaking population is close to 40 million people by 2020. As a Sino-Tibetan language, Burmese is largely monosyllabic and analytic with subject-object-verb word order.

    I am currently learning japanese and it was pretty hard but looking back.
    If i wear to teach Foreign people Burmese, I might not as it has a different voices tone like chinese.
    But as a local, its easy.

      @@fukung6715 Then she should have said it's the main language of the Bamar, not all 131 ethnic groups. Nearly 40% are non Bamar

      Don't be so pigheaded Burmese is most spoken in Myanmar.. 2nd to Shan language. Most Shan speak Burmese as other ethnic groups. But Burmese most don't speak ethnic languages. You bum.
