Sir , it is good to do mpt in distance mode along with job
Regular is preferable. If you like to work as a physio, you can continue that for some time and then join back for masters. Doing both simultaneously is not preferable.

After PhD you can work as a physiotherapist but usually that’s not what most people do. PhD involves research and higher academic pursuit. The usual salaries of high quality PhD scholars is ~80k to 1.2 lacs per month in university and research setup.
