All the Bahria towns are becoming worst, we also purchase a house in Bahria town, initially every thing was fine but now with the passage of time every facility is degrading. Specially چوری چکاری is on rise and security problems are at height. Maintenance issues are also on rise. So it is better to compare all the aspects with the houses available in the city and then take the decision for purchase of a house.

اس سوسائٹی سے تو بہتر ترکی کی لائف ہے اتنی انویسٹمینٹ سے اپنا گھر بھی اور نیشنیلٹی بھی مل گئی عقل مند لوگوں نے ترکی میں ا پنا گھر لیا ایک دو حصے کرایہ پر دئے نیشنیلٹی بھی حاصل کی اور مستقل اینکم بھی پچھلے دو سالوں میں وہاں بہت آسانی سے لوگ سیٹ ہو گئے ہیں ۔ یہ سب سوسائٹی وغیرہ چور بازاری ہے ان کا کنٹرول ان لوگوں کے ہاتھوں میں ہے اب اور سخت الفاظ کا استعمال نہیں کرنا چاہتا ۔
1-2-3 کروڑ کی انویسٹمینٹ سے بہت فیملیز ترکی میں ا پنا گھر لے کر سیٹ ہو چکی ہے

I don't know what is happening but here is my opinion. It is expensive to maintain Bahria Town with still 90% of it empty and not generating and constant revenue. Maintenance charges are levied everywhere in the world in form of different taxes (council tax for example). Somebody has to pay for roads, cleaning, gardening etc. However the rate is probably much higher now then needed because maybe Bahria is using all possible avenues to raise money for their payments towards the land cost imposed in 2018 (460Billion I think). The downside is that people would stop moving to Bahria or even start moving out of Bahria and in the end long term revenues of BTK would suffer. Hope they consider this and reduce to some reasonable rate.

Management should consult the residents before implementing the new charges, all the residents should NOT pay the overcharges unless a panel of residents sit with the management and decide the correct charges, it should be a two-way street, and management should not behave like gangsters and bhata khors, do you want to end up loosing all of your residents?
