Heads off to this podcast..... That's what I'm telling to the people... After 37 years living in DHA i moved to bahria. Just think once why would i do that? Because i want to quality of living not quantity. Bahria is live heaven to this 🌎 plus I'm living in Bahria past 5 years now and each and every dua i prays for malik sb and his hard working son ali riaz. They makes our life luxurious and peaceful. Alhimdulillah. LONG LIVE BAHRIA ❤️

Ye jo Sheikh Fawad "Modern infrastructure" ki bachodiyan bol raha hai.
Ask any actual resident who is educated & has some general technical knowledge on how far that truth is from what these Bahria's tattay uthao brigade preach.
Bahria Town itself is only 'modern' from the outside. Once you start living inside, you see how absolutely fucking braindead decisions they've made inside the houses, villas & apartments.
How much cost-cutting they've done on crucial things. They didnt even plan for the annual monsoon rains that may damage villas over time, unless it has proper work done to keep its structural integrity.
Roof tops of villas have collapsed before in Bahria Town Karachi & thats not even alleged or some speculation.
Worst part about Bahria Karachi's management, if you criticize & complain, hoping they improve & change things for the better.
They instead punish you for speaking out, I've had my CNIC & address leaked for voicing my complaint & was threatened with fines & I didnt pay fines, they would cut off my electricity.
Another family that had once complained had a business in Bahria's midway commercial district & bahria dug up the road infront of their business, put out pipes & acted like all of a sudden they needed to add pipes here so the road has to be closed for one month. Basically they used these dirty tactics to push a legitimate halal earning family business out of bahria, simply because they spoke out.
There is 1000000000000000000000000s of bullshit fuckery going on in Bahria Town Karachi, alot of these scenarios are hidden from the public & sometimes even hidden from Shahid Qureshi uncle or Malik Riaz. The middle management is destroying Bahria Town from within, people like GM Murtaza need to bloody resign
