I make this potato recipe almost every day for the whole family! Grandma's recipe! 190
The combination of eggs, potatoes and vegetables in the recipe makes the dish very filling and tasty. Since my children love sausage, I also added sausage. Kids love this potato and sausage dish! The potatoes themselves would be dry if you didn't add vegetables, but they turn out very juicy!
✅Result ingredients ●
▪️Potatoes 5-6 pcs
▪️Frying oil.
▪️Eggs 4 pcs.
▪️Green onions.
▪️Tomato pieces or cherry
▪️Sour cream 3 tbsp
▪️Dried garlic, paprika, salt.
▪️Sausage 200 gr.
▪️Mozzarella cheese 100-150 gr.
