As a young woman, drink at least 1 liters of water on a daily basis. Your body will thank you for it. I can’t begin to tell you all the benefits that comes with drinking my 3L of water on a daily basis. Brooo… don’t even get me started on how my monthly flow goes for 2 days max! Literally! Water is the life hack.
Wow how can you drink 3 liters!? Thars a lot i can barely reach 1.5L
Girllll for real!!!!!!! Once I started drinking a lot more water like my weight in ounces or more, especially drinking a glass of water as soon as I wake up I’ve noticed such a difference in my overall health, hygiene and my monthly has gone down to 2 days max as well 😊
I usually drink over 3 liters. I start my day with a cup of water. Also, during the day, I take a huge water bottle with me to school, to the gym, literally everywhere. When the bottle is within hand reach it's like a constant reminder to drink. At first it my be weird to hydrate so much and as building all habits, it takes time but it's so worth it! :)
Is it ok for monthly to be 2 days max…. Mine became so last year and has been so since, I was scared my body was failing me 😢
