When people like you share information that takes years and years to learn, it gives me hope for the world in which we live. All the best on your future endeavors.
Thank you very much for sharing your kind thoughts. We tried to make it helpful and simple. We also feel the same way, as we are continuously learning from others that share freely.
Thank you so much! We did try hard to focus and repeat about the main issues we see in Timor-Leste specifically, but hopefully deep enough that it is useful for most countries.
One of the best video on coffee sherries processing and my compliments to the narrator which makes the video even more interesting. This is a greeting from Kanchanaburi. Thailand.
Thank you for your feedback! Miguel (the narrator) is very happy to hear you find this useful. We hope that your harvest in Thailand has gone well for you :)
Excellent video! Every video I watch on the subject gives me just a little more new knowledge. I learned far more than average from this one and I thank you!
Thank you Abdullah for sharing your feelings about our video :) We did try very hard to be brief, but useful. We hope coffee is going well for you wherever you are in the world!
I am a coffee exporter but it reminded me when I learned about coffee first time - it's a great content and it can be used as a short cut for anyone that interested with coffee product ❤️
Omg it’s so amazing! Thanks for your hard work. It makes me understand these coffee knowledge way beyond what I learned only from books. Really vivid and informative. Thanks a lot again!
Thank you very much for sharing your feelings. We look forward to making new videos from other countries to cover more topics in the future. Thank you and good luck with your coffee adventures.
Hello Duc. Actually, yes you can. We (the people in the video) made this in Timor-Leste, but we have a farm in Colombia that is set up for learning in person. You can reach out through our website. Thank you, Raw Material . coffee
Thank you for the feedback! This series was designed to be practical knowledge specifically for Timor Leste, while also remaining relevant for other countries. We work in Colombia, Burundi, Mexico, and Timor-Leste. If you'd like to know more please contact us at www.rawmaterial.coffee/contact
Thank you very much. It helped me a lot to understand the processing of coffee. In fact, these workers work very hard to enjoy 1 cup of coffee!!! after the extraction of the coffee..I personally mix it with soil for the flowers.. it becomes a fertilizer and is also a sign of respect for the workers..give it to all your friends
Thank you for your comment. We are looking forward to following up this video with another that focuses on milling once the coffee is dry. Good luck with your endeavours!

This is a very informative and helpful video about coffee farming. Thank you for sharing.I am in process of growing coffee. How can I get in contact with you
One of the best information that I want for my future. How can I keep intouch. Can I have you email? I really need to learn more about coffee cultivation. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hello Shaik. We use a dry milling machine which can also be used for washed and honey processed coffees. Some can only mill washed coffees, but many can mill all three types. Rice mills also work to a degree. After milling, there are many more steps to separate and sort the good green beans from the outer layers and underdeveloped beans.
We (the creators of the video above) have just finished a video series about how to carry out the milling and processing of dry cherries and parchment. I'll send you a link.
Thank you, we tried hard to make a video series specifically to target the most impactful areas for upgrading in Timor-Leste. Other countries have different key areas of focus.
Which coffee brands, or which coffees from which countries, fit the description and prescription you have, regarding natural and honey processed coffees?
We're always aiming for clean coffee in the processing, the techniques used in this video are done by Miguel of Raw Material Colombia who features in the video in Quindío, Colombia - the flavor profiles can vary depending on the origin, process and varietal of the coffee. Feel free to reach out to us to chat further about processing. We are putting more videos out soon on our page. We work in Colombia, Mexico, Timor-Leste, Burundi & Rwanda.

Thank you so much for such a wonderful video. One question... In your natural process how do you get the bean out of the cherry once they are dried?
