Magnificent!
Congratulations 💐
Thank you for the amazing performance. Your Haydn C was unbelievable, 3rd movement was full of energy, goosebumps all over when I was listening.
Allegretto 0:00
Moderato 6:47
Cadenza 19:28
Allegro con moto 25:46
This Yi Bai is just fabulous. His interpretation n tonal quality of both this piece and the Hayden cello concerto is second to none. Another Rostropovich or Yo Yo Ma? Terrence Jayatilaka
He is who he is. He is no one.
un génie Je n’ai jamais entendu aussi bien jouer ce concerto Et l’orchestre :une merveille !!!bravo aussi au corniste :exceptionnel
There are no geniuses in this world.
真棒!
真棒
The only one, who understands Shostakovich. His brilliant technique gives him the potential to transport every spirit, moving and dancing spirits or extremely melancholia etc. His flageolets are going to heart. The final movement is so breathtaking, you can feel all the life-essence of the cello player flowing in the music and burning for Shostakovich’s fate!
the best cellist in the world
definitely not
Would you have said that if he hadn't won the award?
초반에 오케스트라 계속 늦네
Lingling of cellists
You can say that but it's just ,It's just a label you put on him.
personally, I would have wanted the first movement to be a bit slower
He holds an unchallenged position as an interpreter of Shostakovich
He is a great Alchemist of Shostakovich’s music
Would you have said that if he hadn't won the award?
I'm guessing he's suffering on all fronts
So close to awesome. Wish he had better intonation.
this is painful
