Thanks for watching! - แนวปฏิบัติและการใช้ชีวิต
I like to see this type of grocery haul more than I see from Americans do. Those can be interesting too, but this seems so colourful and healthy it makes me watch more.
Hey.a small tip on coconut milk: you can buy real coconut, remove the flesh and freeze it.whenever you want some milk/cream,just blend and it will taste just as fresh and actually better than the canned milk
Thanks so much for that hack
Nice
Awesome on it!
You are so right, the canned ones don't taste good compared to fresh

I love the Wads too! And you of course.
I'm always waiting for your marikiti haul every month.I just love it.You have taught me so much.
I love you Suzie and your content. Can't wait for the batch cooking video. Be blessed.

So excited 🤩🤩....tips za Suzy are life saver 😂
Good stuff Suzy👏🏼👏🏼💯
Yes, I also put a little happy in my day with the Wads. love the video.
😍😍😍 Now I cant wait for the batch cooking.😋😋😋
I love how everything is priced by kilo in your country. Here where I live sellers will just stack whatever they are selling and sell so you just pray to get a good deal
Wooo.... Love seeing all the veggies.
Eeeeeh stand still my friend.....n the Kikuyu mix can't stop laughing...love it
"I have become an interior Designer." Litereally me each time I buy a new home item/furniture😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Am watching. Your batch buying is inspiring me to increase on my batch cooking towards a month instead of 2 weeks. Inspiring Video. Thank you.
Watching your shopping videos remind me that there's so many types of food out there to consume.
Organized shopping. Lovely Su
I can't wait to watch this later... !!!!!
I also love the Wads she is just amazing.....love your market hauls.....
Central people (hello🤗🤗)are well represented, kerea, gathoo🤣🤣The sweet poreroes🤣🤣 are calling my name. Love your grocery shopping price for sure it's a huge save! Lesson learnt on 🥔 🥔 storage 💯. Suzy: today is Monday if you're interested,Me:🤣🤣😂😂girl 🤭🤐🤐. Anyway good job Suzy 👏👏 and merry Christmas to you and your family.
Thanks for great lessons.
Potatoes need a cool dry place for storage. I doubt about the darkness. But the variety also plays big for their storage. Personally I store mine in the kitchen cabinet, in a box and drop in some onions. These prevent sprouting. Further I sort my potatoes, those with injuries are kept on top so that they are the first to be cooked. :)
Yeah. This is true. A dark place keeps them fresh for longer. They don't turn green.
@@zawiskitchen th-cam.com/channels/hkRDdzIJ1JSB7SF_1Dkong.html
Onions cause sprouting/rotting because they release gas. Apples will stop sprouting😉
Wow I love your huge haul Suzie, always a supersave to buy from the market. I did a similar haul too.
That is a big haul. You are very organised in your shopping.
Always looking forward to your grocery shopping. Good stuff! when are you doing meat and fish shop? Lol
Thankyou so much learning Alot from you since my family is equal to yours. 😊
I need Grace to shop consistently like you do. I hate shopping so I always stop along the way. Takes too much time 😜
That Cauliflower is so good with rice. Just deep fry them nicely. Add to vegetables rice.
Such gorgeous fruits and veggies 🌽🥦🥥🍌🍎🍉🍓love the channel, God Bless you.
Lots of greens and veggies to motivate me to eat healthy.
Hi Suzy, I was excited to see you posted a food stuff video and already excited for the batch cooking coming up. As always, the veggies are fresh and far cheaper than what is obtainable in my country Nigeria. You were also looking bright and beautiful. I enjoyed this video as I expected to. Keep it coming Sis, God bless you.
Thank you Ifeoma! 💐
Ooh! I used to go that market years ago 2x a month.
Great stuff as always. You are also looking good.
I love this...the veges 😍
Oh my God I miss Africa, All those fresh goodies. I did a German shopping hall and it lacks verges for real. I’m jealous, great video. You never dissapoint
I keep my Potatoes on the floor in an open place. Greens and vegetables are kept in freezer bags tightly tied and kept in the fridge.
thanks for the potato storing tip suzzy...n yes i agree with shopping in the markets is always waaay cheaper. for avocado in my market i always buy @10bob the unripe ones tho...na unaongezwa 🤗 n who doesnt like such bonuses😜
Good stuff Suzzy 🙏
shopping for fruits and vegetables from the market is always cheaper than buying them from supermarkets. you can plant the root part of your spring onions every time you buy some and they regrow atleast three time when you cut the regrowth.
I love grocery hauls.. Those bell peppers and celery I realized they are somehow expensive once I bought in the market for "clean eating" and detoxing 😂...
I love this
Try making beetroot smoothies. Banana, beetroot, pineapple cucumber from freshness and some ice or coconut milk. So delicious. If i stayed there i would drink alot of smoothies. Namibian fruit can be pricey at times
Nice 👍🏾 now that u have a blender u can make a beet juice smoothie add some apples and your good
I had missed your grocery shopping
Hi Suzy, please show us how you cook your ngwaci and ndumas.

Because why?😂😂. Lovely informative video as always. Thank you
Oh dear!! You inspired me to got to Marikiti!! It was a great experience, but how do you carry and arrange everything? Do you go alone Suzie? Love you lots !!
Well done girl. After I had gone a few times and had gotten to know the vendors, they were very happy to keep for my shopping as I walked around. Most of them are very honest. They will be happy to keep your stuff especially if you are a frequent buyer. Then I also get someone to walk around with me carrying the heavy stuff, and they eventually carry them to the meeting point where my dear hubby picks me up with the car. Teamwork makes the dream work. 😂😂
Nice
Aki when she said swee poreros I was like what is that 😂😂😂😂😂
Alafu tanjuareenz!!!! Eee! Kweli 🤣🤣🤣

Hi Suzy, you can put the matoke in cold water in a bucket or basin and change the water every two days.
They’ll stay a whole month.
Try that then tell me how it works 😊😊😊😊
I'll try this too mine ripen really fast
Thanks alot,nimekimbia jikoni kuweka zangu.
Awesome I'll definitely try
Matooke is a staple here in Kampala Uganda. Keep the green matooke in a polythene tightly tied and put in the fridge, they keep fresh for long.
great tip, same for cassava even for a week or more.... put in cold water and change every 3 days they will remain fresh!
Premier gang team. I'm dancing. Loved it when you said kerea
Sue thank you for the amazing videos. For the potatoes try storing them in a carton and you will never regret.
Now let's wait for batch cooking🔥

hi Suzy I love your videos. just wanted to ask whats the price of ghee compared to normal cooking oil, then how do you store your carrots in the fridge, mine tend to shrink. thank you
For short-term storage of up to one month, the carrots can freely swim in a cold water bath in a sealed container in the fridge. Doing this should keep them fresh and crisp for up to a month in the fridge.Hope this tip helps you,Official Joey Moureen.
Store in a well sealed container or zip lock and they will stay more than a month fresh
