Lessons: 1. Don’t be emotional. Be smooth all the way through and natural. 2. Always agree with the client 3. Build rapport at the beginning 4. Identify THEIR problem and show them the solution (be relevant) 5. Be sure to not categorize yourself as another marketer who just wanna close deals (by being calm, smooth, aligning yourself with your clients problems) 6. Before talking about price, make sure they have 0 questions or objections 7. Don’t use a traditional Google Slides presentation. Share your screen and SHOW them how it’s done 8. If they get greedy before the close and have high expectations, just agree with them, add more value and bonuses (he did it by mentioning the google review campaign and saying “is it okay we can help you with that?”) I can keep on and on. This dude is a natural sales person ❤ What lessons stood out to you guys, I’m curious?
A very common issue for clients is the ability to jump on follow-up calls and manage the flow. Taking that off their hands is highly advantageous to them
Thank you. I took some notes down as well and I completely agree with what you have. Especially the part on remaining neutral throughout the call even especially after closing not seeming too excited. But rather seeming like you knew this would be the best option for them so the close was obvious
Another banger Pavel! 👊 Your patience and how you dug deeper into his main problem i.e. time and his past marketing experience was incredible. Not to mention those micro Yesses in between your presentation was game changing. Your sales calls 🔥
I havnt watched the whole thing yet but I already see this as ez close! :D. this prospect is soo qualified he's giving the answers before you had to ask and discover hahah. made the whole thing smooth sailing. amazing!
I’m doing home improvement 1 call closes did 50k in my 1st week and now 1 week nothing. Main objection I’m struggling to over come is I don’t make same day decisions even with the price conditioning and 1st call savings
hey pavlo, any where to vet people who call in through the phone? I really like the process for the form but im wondering if there is a way to kick out the tire kickers who call in
Did you pre-qualify this person before the call, or was it just a cold lead from the industry? I get the feeling he is actually in need of the service from the very beginning and ready to move forward with you, but he needs just a little push. Am I wrong?
@@Pavel.k Also do you have a discord server where i can communicate with you, just got into the Home Reno niche, really would be awesome speaking with you
