I like staff/wand but some trial pve need pure heal like bow. Cause it can one fast skill remove debuff for tanker, no time cast. Staff has mobility if going Camine rage.
I don't agree with you on is the power healing. Maybe if you could get it to work in pvp, it would be alright. I don't know that you could without sacrificing too much defense tho. I don't know any pve scenario that we have at this time you would need that much healing power. If the party is taking so many big hits that you need one swift heal to fully heal 3 people, they are just not good at the game. IMO you nailed it with the cool down reduction. CDR is king for support/healer. For pve, i like "high focus", "Janice's Rage", and "Time for Punishment" for party buffs; and mainly use the "Selfless Soul" passive to keep people healed with my damage abilities and only use the heals for bigger party healing moments. I don't agree on your weapon specializations either, you didn't fully show them so i dont know what your spec'd too exactly, but the wand has more CDR than the staff. Your main hand weapon gives you the extra defensives you have selected. The mana cost efficiency on staff tree only counts towards staff abilities and will still be active when you use staff abilities while wand is main hand. At least for pvp the wand being main hand is superior for the defensives it has plus the CDR, while you only stack the attack things on the staff tree, cause will always be active for every staff ability. That being said, the entire weapon specialization is about change so i doesn't really matter anymore.
